La Danza may very well be the best house we've rented so far in the past years with the 2 families with young kids (now aged 5-11 yrs). It's comfort, modern equipment (all the airconditioners are modern AND working), superb pool close to the house and overal state of maintenance are of the highest standards. The BBQ and pizza wood oven were probably the most used areas, besides the pool. The owner and stand-by handyman were very available and (quickly) accommodating in case of the rare issues/questions. We were even allowed to charge our electric cars (Tesla M3 and VW Passat GTE) on the regular grid (although with carefully planning not to use other high-power appliances such as the electric oven simultaneously). The kitchen is also spacious and well equipped to facilitate great cooking and cocktail shaking. Not all beds were in the greatest shape: some felt like a wooden plank and another had squeaky noises when moving during sleeping. But nothing that couldn't be handled with additional blankets or changing bedrooms. The area was secured safely with a surrounding fence and electric entry-gate. The sunset view, while glazing to the hills and valleys, was spectacular. The garden was maintained nicely and supermarkets and excellent butchers 10-20 minutes drives away. Perugia, Todi, Spoleto and Assisi are within 20-50 minutes drives.
Beautiful house in the countryside only 10 min. walk from the town of Cortona, beautiful views and very peaceful setting, ideal for a family reunion and all generations. We had a great time !

Een heerlijk appartement met 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers en een eigen terras met geweldig uitzicht bij een mooie agriturismo. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaren, heerlijk zwembad en heerlijk eten. Aanrader!
Enige nadeel is dat je wat verder van plaatsen afzit waar wat meer te doen is.
We really enjoyed our week at 'casa ucaseto'. Daniela and Massimo are super friendly and very generous hosts. The cottage has everything you need. The garden is beautiful and is maintained every morning by Daniela, while Massimo takes care of the pool. For our daughter of almost 2 years old, the mini-farm with chickens and rabbits was a big hit.
Villa très bien équipée avec un extérieur parfait pour passer de reposantes vacances. Walter est un hôte très agréable et à l'écoute de nos moindre soucis.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison énorme et splendide! Marco nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de chaleur et gentillesse. A notre arrivée la maison était propre, le jardin super bien entretenu, il ne manquait rien! La literie confortable, le linge de maison nickel (comme à l'hôtel !). La piscine est grandiose et Marco venait la nettoyer tous les soirs, ce qui était un véritable atout ! Non loin d'Arezzo (10min en voiture) nous étions dans un Havre de paix avec toute la verdure et le cadre reposant. La maison est énorme, les chambres sont grandes, une super véranda avec billard qui faisait notre bonheur tous les soirs!
Nous recommandons cette maison à 200% et nous n'avons aucun commentaire négatif pour cette location, si ce n'est l'absence de moustiquaires. Attention toutefois à vous préparer aux piqûres de moustiques qui sont tenaces ! Un grand merci à Marco qui était disponible chaque fois que nous en avions besoin, de très bon conseil, bienveillant et d'une gentillesse rare ! Si nous revenons dans la région, nous relouerons sans hésiter ce bien!
All in all, a very enjoyable trip for our family. The villa itself met all expectations. Although I have a few suggestions. There were hardly any supplies...two rolls of toilet paper p/bathroom isn't sufficient. There could have been a little more in the way of kitchen staples as well. The biggest disappointment was the inability to walk anywhere from the villa. There is a LONG driveway, and quite steep which pretty much eliminated it from being able to walk to the highway. Additionally, there are no sidewalks on the main street, or even a shoulder to walk on. Even if we had been able to navigate the driveway, walking by the side of the road would have been hazardous. Because of this, I thing you should stress that it's vital to rent a car, or have a driver on call..... Other than these few things, we thought La Cecchella was great. Lucca was also wonderful.....
