Set on a tuscan hill, surrounded by olive trees, woods and vineyards.
A very large property to relax and enjoy the tuscan peaceful living, by the pool or on a walk to the cellar nearby.
Rustic, simple and traditional: every space is in perfect Tuscan style with stone arches, bricks ceilings, stone walls, fireplaces, and maiolicas' ... and fine wooden furnitures.
The villa is divided into 2 self-contained levels and a third freestanding cottage, enabling large groups to stay in the same location with the convenience of their own private spaces.
Covered Patio with barbecue, for any special occasion or delicious meal. Large outdoor gardens and space for alfresco dining!

Thanks to the collaboration with our local partner, we can enrich your holidays with additional experiences:

★ Wine Tasting with food pairing:
visit the beautiful cellar and admire the views of vineyards, woods and nature. Raw materials are produced on the spot, everyday Alba sends out delicious dishes entirely prepared from scratch: vegetables comes straight from the garden and meat is processed by the family butcher. Every dish will be paired to a wine, with care by a dedicated sommelier!
★ Cooking class with Chef and Sommelier:
"hands on" cooking class! you can learn how to make your own "schiacciata" bread, fresh homemade pasta and a typical Italian dessert!
A meal entirely prepared from scratch with fresh organic products from the estate, under the guidance of Francesca, a multilingual starred chef!
Workshop will be followed by a meal with your delicious preparations, paired with care to the estate wines thanks to our sommelier, Barbara!
★ Book your meal by the villa:
relax and enjoy your holidays we will take care of your meal! A full meal served in your home, wine pairing with our dedicated sommelier, mise en place and tiding up. All you have to do is to enjoy!
★ Truffle Hunting:
learn more about this precious product of mother earth on a truffle hunt! Follow our Truffle hunter and its loyal Lagotti dogs through the woods of the estate, the hunting simulation will then be followed by a visit to the cellar, and a wine tasting session paired with home made dishes, including truffles!
★ Mushrooms hunting:
a relaxing and beautiful walk among the woods of the property. Learn to look for mushrooms thanks to the mushroom master (also porcini!) and enjoy your wine tasting and meal with our sommelier and with your delicious harvest!
★Wine School with our certified wine expert Barbara:
learn the art of wine tasting. You will gain an understanding of what is important and be able to fully appreciate one of Italy’s examples of excellence. After the class, you will take a walk through the vineyards, visit the cellar with an explanation of wine production process and aging, all followed by lunch where our Sommelier will explain how to properly match wine with food.
A certificate of participation will be issued by the winery.
★ Dinner under a painted sky:
A starlit dinner right in the vineyards, breathe the magic of an ancient farmers’ tradition and live an experience for the soul! Every dish will be paired with care to our wines by our Sommelier, in a special and unique setting among the rows of our vineyards!
★ La Vendemmia, Grape Harvest day (seasonal):
join the vineyards and experience in first person the harvest and hard work behind a bottle of wine. At the end of the day you might be tired, but we can guarantee you'll be very happy and satisfied! Experience followed by a gourmet dinner with wine and food pairing, served on the winery's beautiful terrace, in the lovely company of our sommelier, Barbara.
★ Exclusive night on a stunning tree house overlooking the vineyards:
Amazing one night experience with all comforts in a romantic frame off-grid!

Pool

The property, well-furnished and equipped, is surrounded by a large panoramic garden where we find a lovely barbecue and a beautiful swimming pool (size mt. 7,5x15, depth mt. 1,25-2,20) with changing room and bathroom with shower.

UNITS are divided as follows:
Alessandro's (sleeps 4, 2 BDR + 2 BTH)- 1x queen bedroom with ensuite; 1x queen bedroom + bathroom
Paolo's (sleeps 6, 3 BDR + 2 BTH)- 2x queen rooms; 1x twins room; 2 bathrooms
Giuseppe's (detached unit: sleeps 4, 2 BDR + 2 BTH)- 2x queen rooms; 2 bathrooms

Each unit has well equipped kitchen and dining area
BBQ and outdoor dining area under a large pergola in front of the detached unit (Giuseppe's)
IMPORTANT- Pool area for our guests to use: Claudio, one of the owners, lives on the spot and can have access to the pool.
