The rental villa Hapero is located on a wonderful hillside plot on the shore of the lake Kaitajärvi. On the sturdy pier, you can relax and enjoy the beautiful landscape while sitting on a bench. Inside the villa, a modern living room/kitchen awaits you, which is equipped with all the necessary equipment. The kitchen also has a wine cabinet where you can keep your drinks cool. The living room has a comfortable sofa and an entertainment system that includes a smart TV and home theater, so you can relax and watch movies with friends or family, there's enough work even for rainy days.
On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, both of which have their own bathroom with WC and shower, plus a TV and DVD player. The villa has five spacious bedrooms, three of which are located on the lower floor and two on the upper floor. Each bedroom features two 80 cm wide beds. Additionally, one of the bedrooms has a loft with space for two people to sleep. The loft is not suitable for young children due to the steep stairs.
The spacious and bright living areas, along with the well-equipped kitchen, provide plenty of room for togetherness and dining. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people, making it ideal for both families and larger groups.

Denne ekstraordinære feriehus ligger i hjertet af det finske søland ved Kerimäki og er en fuldt roterende træbygning opført i 2014. Huset byder på plads til op til 10 personer og er åbent for familier, par og gæster, der søger ro og fred. Boligen roterer i sommerhalvåret og kan også drives om vinteren efter forudgående tilladelse fra ejeren. Huset strækker sig over 2 etager med stue, fuldt udstyret køkken, tre soveværelser, sauna, badeværelse med bruser og varmt tub, påklædningsrum, bryggers, opholdsstue og en stor terrasse på 100 m² på stueetagen; øverst ligger to soveværelser med adgang til balkoner samt et tredje soveværelse med opholdsstue.
Udendørsarealer
Terrassen på 100 m² omslutter stueetagen og tilbyder ideelle rammer for udendørs spisning, afslapning og underholdning med udsigt over det omgivende landskab, som skifter gennem husets roterende mekanisme. De øvre soveværelser åbner ud til private balkoner med udsigt over naturlandskabet. Ejendommen ligger blot 14 meter fra bredden af Saimaa/Puruvesi, hvor en hård sandbund sikrer sikker og behagelig adgang til vandet. Gæsterne har eksklusiv brug af en båd til udforskning af det finske sølandskab direkte fra ejendommen.
