Originally built in 1998 and completely renovated in 2025, the villa impresses with its bright, contemporary design and generous layout, providing ample space even for a larger group.
The upper floor features a large bedroom with a 180 cm double bed and a workspace. The ground floor includes three cozy bedrooms, each with two 80 cm single beds. You’ll also find a spacious living area, a separate kitchen, two WCs, a utility room, a fireplace room, a washroom, and an electric sauna — everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Outdoors, there is a charming grill hut for atmospheric evenings and a storage building available for guests’ use. As a special treat, a traditional smoke sauna with a dressing room can be booked separately — heated on request. The natural rocky shoreline offers beautiful sea views and peaceful sunsets. While there is no pier, the sea is just steps away.
Pets are welcome for an additional fee — after all, family holidays wouldn’t be complete without your furry friends.

Located in the center of Saariselkä, 251 m² log cabin, built in 1991, comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. The ski slopes are approximately two kilometers away, and you can access the ski trails and snowmobile routes almost directly from the yard, just a 500 meters walk.
All areas are on one level, making it easy to enjoy your holiday with a larger group. A spacious entrance welcomes guests and provides ample storage for outdoor clothing. To the right from the entrance, there is a large and bright living room and dining area. The high ceiling adds to the spacious feel, the fireplace creates warmth and atmosphere, and the large TV brings everyone together in the evenings. The dining area features a generously sized table for 12, allowing everyone to gather for meals.
To the left of the entrance, a hallway leads to four separate bedrooms. Each room contains two 90 cm wide beds, bedside tables, and storage space for clothing. The rooms are quietly situated along the hallway, making it easy to appreciate your own rest time even amidst shared activities. At the end of the hallway, there are two bathrooms: one with a shower and the other equipped with a washing machine and dryer for longer stays.
From the entrance, there is also access to a third separate restroom and a large bedroom with two 110 cm wide beds. This room is ideal for a couple or those who appreciate a bit more space for sleeping. On the other side of the living room is the sixth bedroom, which has two 90 cm wide beds, providing a peaceful nook slightly separated from the other rooms.
At the other end of the house, there is a well-equipped, spacious kitchen that makes cooking for larger groups easy. The kitchen has its own entrance from the side of the cabin, facilitating the transport of groceries. In the same area, there is a fourth separate restroom and generous sauna facilities. The electric sauna offers a proper steam, the washing area has two showers, and the dressing room provides plenty of space to cool off. Guests have access to the drying room in the sauna entrance and the outdoor storage for boots, skis, and other recreational equipment.
The front yard features a covered terrace, accessible directly from the main entrance, providing a pleasant spot to relax after a day in the fells. A wonderful spacious wooden cottage for 12 people. 7 km southeast of Ähtäri, Lake Hankavesi 60 m, public beach with pier. Separate public beach about 140 m away.
Wooden cottage built in 2015, spacious living room and kitchen-living room. Living room with a light fireplace and sofa furniture. The kitchen is well equipped. Downstairs there is a sauna with an electrically heated stove. The cottage has five bedrooms, three of which have their own bedroom-specific toilet. Five toilets in total. Downstairs bedrooms: bedroom 1: 2 x 90 cm beds, private toilet and shower. bedroom 2: 2 x 80 cm beds and private toilet. bedroom 3: 140 cm wide double bed.
Upstairs bedroom 4: 2 x 80 cm beds, private toilet and shower. bedroom 5: 2 x 80 cm beds, private toilet and shower. In the upstairs lobby there are 2 90 cm wide beds. In the lobby there is another seating area with sofa furniture, TV and desk. The cottage has high-quality WiFi connection.
The terrace has garden furniture, a gas grill and an outdoor jacuzzi which can be rented for an additional fee.
Pets are also welcome in the Loiste cottage.
Final cleaning and linen for the reserved number of people are included in the rent.

Villa Valoisa is a high quality villa located in the Äkäslompolo tourist center in the beautiful Kaulavaara area, built in 2024. Built of solid logs and heated by geothermal energy, the villa is comprehensively equipped and beautifully decorated. The total usable area is approx. 235 m².
The ground floor of this three-story villa has a spacious living area with an atmospheric electric fireplace. The ground floor has one bedroom with 2 beds (width 80 cm) and washing facilities; an electric sauna with an always-ready stove and a high-quality bathroom with two showers and a hydro massage bath. In addition, there is a dressing room, separate toilet, and a covered terrace. There is also a ski maintenance room on the ground floor.
The middle floor has a well-equipped and spacious kitchen and dining area (table for 10 people). Living room with an atmospheric fireplace, two bedrooms, one with a 180 cm wide double bed and the other with two separate 80 cm wide beds, a separate toilet, a utility room and a large terrace.
On the top floor there is a second living room, two bedrooms, one with 2 separate 90 cm wide beds and the other with 2 separate 80 cm wide beds. In addition, there is a separate toilet upstairs. The second bedroom upstairs has a workstation with external monitor.

The bright and spacious living area opens through large windows to stunning views over Lake Sulajärvi. A generous wraparound terrace invites you to enjoy sunshine and lake scenery throughout the year.
Down by the shore stands a 25 m² sauna cabin featuring a wood-heated sauna, shower and WC. The building also includes a breakfast kitchen, a sofa bed, and a loft with two separate beds. There are also a hot tub and a cozy grill shelter on the shore, which makes spending summer evenings even more enjoyable.

On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, each with two separate beds and the second bedroom has access to its own balcony. There is a sofa bed in the living area that can be used as an extra bed.

The lakeshore is gently sloping and child-friendly. At the end of the pier, an ice-swimming spot is available throughout the winter for those seeking a unique experience.
