The exclusive villa in Apulia, called "Bellavista", is located below the town of Ostuni, surrounded by olive trees. The villa was completely rebuilt on the foundations of an old Masseria. On the ground floor are a large and well-equipped kitchen with adjoining dining room, two bedrooms with separate bathrooms, a large living room and a generously designed entrance area. In the basement there are two more bedrooms with a bathroom and a large lounge. The approximately 1-acre private garden with green lawns is surrounded with plants and trees.
