The exclusive villa in Apulia, called "Bellavista", is located below the town of Ostuni, surrounded by olive trees. The villa was completely rebuilt on the foundations of an old Masseria. On the ground floor are a large and well-equipped kitchen with adjoining dining room, two bedrooms with separate bathrooms, a large living room and a generously designed entrance area. In the basement there are two more bedrooms with a bathroom and a large lounge. The approximately 1-acre private garden with green lawns is surrounded with plants and trees. The heated pool can be reached directly via a small footpath from the terrace of the villa. An incomparable view of the city Ostuni characterizes this villa.
The sandy beaches of Marina di Ostuni and Torre Canne are only 7 km away.
The citta bianca Ostuni is only 2 from the villa and you can reach a restaurant in walking distance (700 metres).

You enjoy in this holiday villa a private pool that is not only very large (15 x 6 metres) but also heated giving you the possibilty to swin from Easter to October.
There is a boarding area which is about 30 cm deep and after a good 2 meters it drops to 1.20 meters going down to 2.00 meters.

All rooms can be heated or cooled. All rooms on the ground floor have direct access to the outside area. An internal staircase and a large staircase connects the basement with the outdoor area and the ground floor. All bathrooms have a large shower, sink and bidet. The entire system is video-monitored.

- Access to the villa must compulsorily take place after the staff has completed the sanitization and therefore not before 5pm.
The staff will communicate to the owner or his representative the expected time for access and he to the guests.
Cleaning and linen change (sheets and towels) will take place as follows:
- ** twice a week (for stays of at least 7 nights): preparation of the villa for the arrival of clients, halfway through the stay partial cleaning with rearrangement of the rooms and cleaning of the bathrooms with ONLY change of towels (except for pool towels , bathrobe and slippers, where provided);
** - If the stay is min. 7 nights the intermediate passage is foreseen as reported above.
- if the stay is longer than 7 nights, but less than 14 nights (eg 12 nights), the intermediate passage is foreseen in the middle of the stay.
- for stays and multiple bookings of 7 nights (e.g. 14, 21, 28 nights) the intermediate and final passage is foreseen as indicated above.
In the high season the weekly cleaning will be carried out mainly on Saturday.
Final cleaning is always included, even for stays of less than 7 nights.
The maximum temperature of the heated pool in mid-season is 26 degrees.
Heated pool cost: €450/week.

Restbeløbet forfalder 45 dage før ankomst.
Hvad angår last-minute bookinger (indenfor 45 dage før ankomst) skal hele lejebeløbet betales ved bookingen, medmindre der står noget andet i de reservationspolitikker.
Ved annullering af en reservation, undtagen hvis der står andet i de reservationspolitikker, og selv hvis den bliver erstattet af en anden reservation, skal følgende sanktioner betales:
- den procentdel af det totale lejebeløb, som er indbetalt som depositum på bookingtidspunktet, hvis afbestillingen foretages mellem bookingtidspunktet og 46 dage før starten af lejeperioden;
- 100% af den samlede lejepris, hvis aflysningen sker fra 45 dage til ankomstdagen eller i tilfælde af udeblivelse.

Bella Vista was beautiful, the facilities were great. We had the pool heated for our grandson who really enjoyed splashing around.

Great villa. Was well equipped, quiet and comfortable. Fantastic pool, lovely and cool for the 40 degree heat we had! Might be a little too cool off season. Would stay here again.

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine. La villa est comme sur les photos, superbe avec une vue imprenable sur ostuni. C’est extrêmement bien placé, la centre historique est a 5 min en voiture comme le supermarché. La personne de contact sur place est tres sympathique et était toujours disponible. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation!
