A peaceful, modern summer cabin near the city, yet in its own tranquility. The cabin is well-suited for year-round holidays, with activities nearby for both summer and winter vacations. Pets are also welcome here.
19 km to the east from Jyväskylä, Lake Palvajärvi 50 m, shallow sandy beach, own pier, rowing boat.
Board-cladded cabin (built in 2013), features a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with a heat-storing fireplace, and two sofa beds (one 130x190 cm and the other 140x180 cm). In the bedroom, there is a 120x200 cm bed and a 80x200 cm bed. The cabin includes a bathroom with a shower and WC, an electric sauna, and an additional separate WC. The terrace has a gas grill and patio furniture, providing a great view of the lake. Please note that the upper floor of the building is not accessible to customers.
By the beach, in summer use (from mid May till end of September), a separate lakeside sauna with a wood-burning stove (water must be carried from the lake). The sauna also has a dressing room/living area. The property includes a garage, which is not available for customer use.

The spacious terrace of the cabin offers a stunning view of the lake. There is a large outdoor hot tub available for rent on the terrace. From the hot tub, you can enjoy the beautiful lake scenery at different times of the day. It’s just a few steps from the hot tub to the washroom and sauna. The rocky beach and the lake are beautiful in every season. Pets are welcome at the cabin.
Located 82 km west of Jyväskylä, Lake Yltiä 30 m, deep rocky shore, own dock, and a rowing boat. The water is about 3 m deep at the end of the dock. The cabin is built of stone (2009) and includes a living room and open-plan kitchen. The living room has armchairs and a heat-storing fireplace. The kitchen area has a dining table for four and is well-equipped. There is one bedroom with a double bed.
The upper floor has two beds (120 x 200 cm and 80 x 200 cm). The upper floor also includes a cozy lounge area with a sofa, armchair, and TV. The stairs to the upper level are quite steep. The cabin has internet access via Wi-Fi.
The sauna features a wood-burning stove, and the washroom has a shower, a WC, and a washing machine. A door opens to the terrace, furnished with ample seating, a sofa, and the hot tub.
Please note that the hot tub must be booked for the same duration as the accommodation reservation.
There is also a kettle grill on the terrace. Tenants are required to bring their own grill charcoal and lighter fluid. The cabin has an air-source heat pump for heating and cooling.

90 km north of Jyväskylä, Lake Keitele 25 m, a pier, private rowing boat, shallow beach with sandy bottom. Log cabin (built in 2011) comprises a living room/kitchen, living area with a heat storing fireplace and air source heat pump, dining table for six, and a sofa. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed. Separate WC, sauna with a wood-burning sauna stove, and a bathroom with a shower and hydro massage bath. The upper floor includes another double bed, a sofa bed measuring 135 x 185 cm, and two additional beds (70 x 190 cm and 80 x 170 cm), suitable for children.
In the yard, there is a wood-heated hot tub available for an additional fee (not available for rent in winter), inquiries are to be made to the owner. 90 km northwest of Jyväskylä, pond Havulampi 350 m (length 0.6 km, width 0.3 km), with a deep muddy bottom, pier, and a private boat. Pond Havulampi has an area of 7 hectares, with a depth of over 9 meters at the center, and is a clean, dark-water pond. The shore has a pier and a rowing boat. The bottom is muddy and deepens quickly. The beach name is Tervastanhua. There is no settlement on the opposite shore.
The wooden cabin features a dining hall and a living room/kitchen. There is one bedroom with a double bed, the bathroom has a WC and shower cubicle. The loft, accessed via steep, narrow ladder-like stairs, includes sofas and a double bed. On the upper level of the loft, there is a cozy sleeping area with three floor mattresses. The loft does not have heating. The cabin is also equipped with a large, glazed living area with space for lounging and dining.
In the yard, there is a separate wood-heated sauna by a small grassy pond. Water for the sauna is carried from the pond, and the sauna has electric lighting.
At the shore, 350 meters from the cabin, there is a separate sauna with a wood-heated stove, where water is carried from the lake. The sauna does not have electric lighting. Additionally, there is a small separate building with a dressing room and a bunk bed. These beds are optional, but the maximum accommodation capacity is still 7 people.

Special stages of Rally Finland (also known as Jyväskylä Rally) are also competed in the surrounding areas, so the cabin is in a good destination for the rally enthusiasts (locations of the special stages varies from year to year). Summer events of Letkaliiteri (atmospheric dance place ), only 1.2 km distance.

The beach is sandy with humus. The beach is shallow, but deepens quickly. You can easily swim from the beach or from your own pier. A rowing boat is available at the cottage.
In the yard there is a carport and a separate small sleeping hut with two sleeping places. The sleeping hut´s beds are alternative beds. However, the maximum number of people allowed in the cabin is 4 people.
