A modern villa on a wonderful plot in Päijänne lake scenery. The beautifully decorated five-bedroom house has spacious rooms. Two TV lounges, a large kitchen-dining room-living room combination. In addition, a utility room and a lobby. The shower and WC are both on the ground floor and the upper floor.
The plot, 7000 m², is located completely in its own peace in the middle of a nice traditional landscape. The beach has its own pier and a rowing boat (+ life jackets). In the yard, an old-fashioned yard sauna with a wood-burning sauna stove and running water. The sauna offers nice hot steams. There is access from the sauna to the swimming. Magnificent and spacious cabin in very peaceful location by the lake Keitele. The cabin has hydro massage bath and sauna in connection with washing facilities. Separate lakeside sauna on the beach with two extra beds in the summer. There is also a wood-heated hot tub and cooking hut on the beach.

There are all the necessary amenities to make your vacation as pleasant as possible. On the glazed terrace you can work out on the treadmill, enjoy the beautiful landscape and relax in the hydro massage bath. The terrace has two air heat pumps that can be used for cooling in the summer or heating in the autumn.

Villa Luoto is a stylishly decorated villa situated on the shores of Lake Päijänne. Located on a rocky slope, the villa offers magnificent views of the lake from the inside the house and its terraces. The villa is located near the center of Korpilahti town. It is 30 km to Jyväskylä and approximately 30 km to Jämsä/Himos. The sandy beach cove deepens over a distance of about 10 meters and is safe for children.
The log villa was completed in 2024 and features a spacious living room/kitchen and two bedrooms (an additional bed is available in the living room). The living room has a heat-storing fireplace and an air-source heat pump. Heating is provided by electric underfloor heating. The sauna (electric sauna stove), shower room, WC, and utility room are located in the other part of the building, accessible from the glazed terrace.
The outdoor hydro massage bath on the terrace is available for an additional fee. The villa has a 4G Wi-Fi modem for internet use.
On the beach is an almost hundred-year-old renovated wood-heated sauna and sauna cabin. The sauna cabin has a sofa bed (for 2 people). The lakeside sauna is available for use between May 1st and October 30th.
Charging of electric/hybrid cars with your own charging device is permitted for an additional fee (16A).

Board-cladded cabin (built in 2013), features a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with a heat-storing fireplace, and two sofa beds (one 130x190 cm and the other 140x180 cm). In the bedroom, there is a 120x200 cm bed and a 80x200 cm bed. The cabin includes a bathroom with a shower and WC, an electric sauna, and an additional separate WC. The terrace has a gas grill and patio furniture, providing a great view of the lake. Please note that the upper floor of the building is not accessible to customers.
