Washing-machine available on a covered terrace to be shared with Melograni 2.
This apartment provides air-conditioning and it is furnished in a rustic style.
Melograni 1 can be connected with Melograni 2 via an internal spiral staircase.

Lovely apartment with outstanding views from the terrace. Ceilings are low in places but a bumped head or two quickly taught us where to duck! Apartment nicely furnished, kitchen only real area where there could be improvement, but it was adequate for our needs. Pool area lovely. The location is convenient, Lucca is about 15-20 minutes by car with Pisa and Florence easily accessible too. There is a good supermarket about 1.5 miles away, close enough to walk to first thing in the morning before it gets too hot but uphill all the way back. The owner was very helpful and friendly. We would recommend this place to family and friends. Only real downside is paying an additional €100 final cleaning bill, it seemed rather excessive.
