The river deepens sharply right from the shore, you can swim from the pier by ladder or from the side of the pier. The river is several meters deep in the middle and in the summer there can be some flow (depending on rainfall).

This log-constructed villa (2023) is equipped with modern comforts. The property features a shallow, soft sandy-bottomed shoreline, a private dock, and a rowing boat. In winter, guests can enjoy ice swimming right by the villa, with an ice hole pump keeping the opening clear throughout the season.
The villa has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with a pull-out bed that extends to 160 x 200 cm. Additionally, there is a spacious loft with two mattresses on the floor, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. Spacious holiday home by Lake Jämijärvi, near Hämeenkangas hiking trails and Outdoor Activity Center Jämi.
The holiday home is located 12 km from Jämijärvi municipality center and approx. 6 km from the Outdoor Activity Center Jämi. The holiday home offers a total of 12 sleeping places. Additionally, there is an outbuilding with a rentable event space that can accommodate up to 50 people during the summer. In winter, a smaller heated section of the event space is available for rent for smaller gatherings. The use of the event space must be agreed upon separately with the owner, and the rental fee is paid directly to them.
The main building is situated 45 meters from the shore of Lake Jämijärvi, with a gently sloping sandy beach. There is also a beach volleyball court near the water. The main building is a wooden structure built in 1952. The entrance floor features a spacious kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a double bed, and a WC. The upstairs hall includes a sofa bed that can be used as a 120x190 cm bed for one person. One upstairs bedroom contains three single beds, a 120x190 cm sofa bed, and another sofa bed that extends to a 160x200 cm bed. The second upstairs bedroom has three single beds.
The basement has an electric sauna, a washroom with a shower and WC, a small dressing area, and a separate living area with a sofa and a refrigerator. The living area provides access to the lakeside yard of the house. The yard also includes a sandbox, swings, and a badminton court.
By the shore, there is a separate wood-heated lakeside sauna. In the summer, cold water is available from a tap, and it is drinkable. Water can be heated in a stove-attached water tank when needed. In winter, water must be carried from the lake or the main building. The lakeside sauna includes a living room with electricity, a fireplace, a refrigerator, and an electric stove. The room also has two double beds and a sofa bed that can be used as alternative sleeping places during summer, though they are not included in the official bed count. The lakeside sauna is not heated in winter, but the owner can preheat it upon request.
If you wish to have the lakeside sauna preheated, please request this when arranging key collection. However, please note that even with heating, the living room may not reach standard room temperatures during winter.

Tyttelsson is a cozy villa situated in a peaceful area near the services of Kankaanpää. The swimming beach is 550 m away, and there is also a rowing boat available for use. The villa has five bicycles for exploring the surroundings, as well as a SUP-board for paddling on Lake Venesjärvi.
Located 10 km west of Kankaanpää, Lake Venesjärvi 550 m, featuring a public swimming beach and a private rowing boat. Tyttelsson is a spacious wooden villa (built in 2009) with an entrance hall, a large living room, and a combined kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is well-equipped with a long dining table that accommodates all guests for meals at once. The living room has a fireplace.
There are two bedrooms: one with two beds 120 x 200 cm and 80 x 200 cm, and the other with two 80 x 200 cm beds plus one high bed 90 x 200 cm. On the upper floor, there is a sleeping area with a 180 x 200 cm double bed and a separate 80 x 200 cm bed, along with two high-quality foldable beds (80 x 200 cm) with thick mattresses.

A large log villa consisting of three apartments, located in the Mielahti holiday village.
The spacious 78 m² Orvokki apartment is situated in the middle, with the 66 m² Karoliina and Pauliina apartments on either side. Renting the entire Kilpola villa is ideal for groups of up to 15 people or three smaller groups or families, each with up to five members. The apartments can be connected via adjoining doors in the upstairs sleeping alcoves.
Kilpola, as a whole, is available for rent during Christmas, New Year’s, and Midsummer. At other times, the apartments can be rented individually: 17354 Kilpolan Orvokki, 17355 Kilpolan Pauliina, and 17356 Kilpolan Karoliina. Kilpolan Pauliina is a 66 m² apartment situated in the large log villa Kilpola, which consists of three apartments in the Jämi Mielahden holiday village.
You can rent Pauliina separately or, if you wish, rent the entire villa - including all three apartments - for Christmas, New Year’s, or Midsummer.

Udendørsarealer
Træhuset har direkte adgang til søen Mertiöjärvi, som strækker sig cirka 1 km i længden og 1,5 km i bredden med både lavt og dybt vand samt en blød sandbund. Fra enden af den private bro er badning særligt behageligt; gæsterne har adgang til en privat båd samt 2 kanoer til udforskning af de stille vande. En stor åben veranda tilbyder ideelle rammer for udendørs afslapning og spisning med udsigt til skoven og søbredden. Et separat saunahus på 25 m² står på ejendommen og omfatter et værelse med pejs, et badeværelse, en bruser samt både en elektrisk ovn og en vedovn.
Praktiske oplysninger
Træhuset råder over Wi-Fi-forbindelse. Det separate saunahus er fuldt udstyret med elektricitet, bruser og valget mellem en elektrisk ovn og en vedovn. Villaen ligger blot 25 meter fra Botniske Bugt ved Hyvinluodonfäärtti, en smal og beskyttet stræde med dybe, stenede og lerede bunde. En stor bro strækker sig ud over vandet og giver direkte adgang til badning, fiskeri eller blot nydelse af udsigten. En robåd står til rådighed for gæsterne. Den overdækkede terrasse udgør et komfortabelt udendørs opholdsområde og spiseplads. En separat udbygning huser et sommerkøkken udstyret med grill, røger og komfur, ideelt til udendørs madlavning i de varmere måneder. Udbygningen indeholder desuden et stueområde med pejs og en udtrækbar sofa.
Praktiske oplysninger
Villaen råder over Wi-Fi-forbindelse. En traditionel vedvarmet sauna med stor varmeovn samt et dampbad på øverste etage tilbyder en autentisk finsk saunaoplevelse. Under vintermånederne skal vand til den vedvarmede sauna bæres i spande fra en kilde cirka 20 meter væk; gulvvarmen i påklædningsrummet til den vedvarmede sauna er ikke i drift i vinterperioden.

Villaen ligger cirka 150 kilometer nord for Turku, en af Finlands mest historisk betydningsfulde og levende byer med middelalderborg, domkirke og rige kulturelle tilbud. Planed log villa built in 2007-2008 (100 m²), with a separate wood-heated lakeside sauna. Situated approx. 270 km to the northwest from Helsinki, 22 km from Pori, in Onnenkoski, on the tranquil lake Haapijärvi.
There are a total of 4 villas on the shores of lake Haapijärvi (other properties 16679, 16695 & 16696), and they are all similar, with possible minor differences in equipment. However, the villas are situated so that each has its own beach and private yard.
On the ground floor of the main building, there is a large open-plan living room/kitchen area with a high ceiling. The kitchen is well-equipped, and there is plenty of space for a larger group to dine together. Two bedrooms, each with two beds (size 80 x 200 cm). In addition, there is an electric sauna and a bathroom with WC.
The upper floor has a low but spacious loft with three beds at each end (a total of 6 beds, size 80 x 200 cm each). Please note that the villa is rented for a maximum of 8 people.
There is a separate entrance with a vestibule. Access to the terrace from the living room/kitchen. The terrace has an L-shaped design and is entirely under a roof. On the terrace, you can find a dining area and a gas grill.
On the beach, there is a separate sauna building with a wood-heated sauna stove, a washing room, a living area, and a loft. Terrace facing the lake. If needed, you can sleep in the loft of the sauna building (note the steep ladder). The living area has a sink and a workspace.
The plot is coniferous forest terrain sloping gently towards the lake. The bottom of the lake near the shore is sandy and shallow, becoming softer farther out. There is a small pier with a swim ladder.
Pets are allowed in the Koivuranta cottage for reservations that take place from June 12, 2024. Until then, pets are prohibited. Koivuranta
