Located in the village of Ylläsjärvi in the Palovaara area, the high-quality facilities of the Luostakka log cabin are suitable for both leisure activities and work-related needs: the rooms are suitable for meetings and group work.
The premises are divided into three floors:
The middle floor has a lounge, kitchen, sauna facilities, and one two-person bedroom.
The top floor has five two-person bedrooms, each with its own toilet/shower.
The bottom floor has technical facilities, a utility room, and a single bedroom.
The large apartment has a spacious sauna area and an adjoining fireplace room. The apartments have wired and wireless internet access (fiber optic); each bedroom has a wired connection.
The living rooms and fireplace room have televisions with basic channels as well as Canal+, Perhe HD, and MTV Total. There is a video projector in the living room.
The fireplace room is also suitable as a separate meeting or group work space.
There is a warm ski maintenance room with two ski racks. The property has water-circulating underfloor heating powered by geothermal energy. Luostakka Iso

170 km to the north from Rovaniemi, in Levi tourist center in Sirkka area nearby center.
Large log cabin, comfort accommodation even for a larger group. Ground floor 135 m² and upper floor 95 m².
On the ground floor: large living area, open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, double bed in each, 2 foldable extra beds (from wall) in every bedroom. Two of bedrooms have common WC area with shower (access from both bedrooms). Large sauna, washroom (3 showers), dressing room and 2 toilets with shower.
On the upper floor: 4 bedrooms, each with double bed and 2 foldable extra beds (from wall) in every bedroom, living area with kitchenette (fridge and sink), 2 toilets with shower.
Ski storage in the yard. Downstairs of 15072 Porukka 2 -cottage there is a ski maintenance room which is in shared use with both two cottages. 14 extra beds of the cottage are available when needed (max 28 persons).
Please note that during the winter season (from Christmas to mid-April), bookings cannot start on Sundays. Porukka 1
