The ground floor of this three-story villa has a spacious living area with an atmospheric electric fireplace. The ground floor has one bedroom with 2 beds (width 80 cm) and washing facilities; an electric sauna with an always-ready stove and a high-quality bathroom with two showers and a hydro massage bath. Located in the village of Ylläsjärvi in the Palovaara area, the high-quality facilities of the Luostakka log cabin are suitable for both leisure activities and work-related needs: the rooms are suitable for meetings and group work.
The premises are divided into three floors:
The middle floor has a lounge, kitchen, sauna facilities, and one two-person bedroom.
The top floor has five two-person bedrooms, each with its own toilet/shower.
The bottom floor has technical facilities, a utility room, and a single bedroom.
