Denne trævilla ligger i det fredelige finske landskab, 15 kilometer syd for Porvoo, og tilbyder et roligt ferieophold tæt på Finheden. Villaen blev bygget i 2000 og er indrettet med stue og køkken i ét rum med 2 sofasenge på 160 cm, et soveværelse med dobbeltseng, badeværelse med toilet, elektrisk sauna og entre. Boligen er udstyret med Wi-Fi-forbindelse, gulvvarme i soveværelse og badeværelse, varmepumpe og solenergi.
Udendørsarealer
Villaen ligger blot 30 meter fra Finheden med direkte adgang til stranden, som har en rolig, lavvandet sandbund med mulighed for dybere vand fra den private bådbro. En robåd kan deles med naboejendommen. Den glaserede terrasse med glassider mod havet kan åbnes helt og har en pejs til hyggelige aftener. Et dedikeret grillhus på grunden er udstyret med både gasgrille og vedovn; hver reservation inkluderer 3 kurve med brænde. Det første soveværelse måler 10 m² og har 2 senge; det andet soveværelse, også 10 m², er udstyret med 1 seng og en køjeseng. Opholdsrummet og køkkenet er rummeligt og indeholder en udklappelig sofa, der giver 2 yderligere sovepladser. Hytten ligger i Porvoo, en af Finlands mest elskede kystbyer.
Udendørsarealer

On the ground floor, there is a kitchen and separate dining room with large dining table. Spacious living area has sofa bed and TV. On the ground floor, there is also a separate WC.
On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms separated by curtain. The master bedroom has a double bed and sofa bed. Another bedroom has a bunk bed.
