Villa Havet is a high-quality rental villa, built in 1986, and fully renovated in 2023. It offers a comfortable setting for a pleasant holiday. This villa provides a combination of luxury and relaxing nature – the perfect place to recharge and enjoy the company of family and friends. The destination is exclusively reserved for those seeking a peaceful holiday, for use by up to 6 people.
Located 87 km to the east from Helsinki, Gulf of Finland 25 m, gently deepening sand bottom, pier, and rowing boat. The wooden has a living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, a double bed in one, two single beds in another, and a 120 cm bed in the third. In addition, there is a high-quality air-filled mattress with a mattress pad for one. The villa also has a wood-heated sauna, washroom with shower, and WC.
Pets allowed at extra fee, which is charged per /pet reservation (max 2 pets).
The accommodation fee includes final cleaning, bed linens for the booked number of people, as well as access to the outdoor hot tub and the electric car charging station.

Wooden villa built on slope 1970, sauna ja shower renovated 2000.
In villa there is kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms: First bed room with double bed (180 cm wide), second bedroom (also used as a workroom) double bed (150 cm wide) and sleeping sofa (120 cm wide), third bedroom double bed (160 cm wide), washroom with 2 showers, sauna (elec. stove), open porch (30 m²).
Two of the bedromos are also used as owner's workrooms when there are no customers.
Lakeshore sauna (40 m²), with dressing room convertible bed/ sofa, sauna also has elec. light, elec. heating, cold and hot water, shower and wood-burning stove.

Villa Nyåker is a high quality rental villa that is well suited for vacations, meetings or representation in the wonderful scenery of the Gulf of Finland.
70 km east of Helsinki, Suomenlahti 50 m, soft mud bottom, boat ramp, swimming steps from the pier, rowing boat. You can ask the owner about renting kayaks and sup boards.
Wooden villa 2015, living room, kitchen, three bedrooms with a double bed, one with two beds, one bed in the living room (passage to the washrooms). Bathroom with two showers and a toilet, sauna with electic stove, a separate toilet. Partially covered large terrace.
The separate wooden heated beach sauna (completely renovated and expanded in 2020) has an atmospheric sauna room with an unobstructed view directly to the sea. The distance from the sauna to the sea is approx. 20 m. In the sauna building, there is a separate toilet, a shower in the sauna and underfloor heating throughout the entire ground floor. Sound system for listening to music in the sauna room and outside the sauna building. In front of the saun is a terrace. In connection with the beach sauna, there is a separate dressing room/bedroom. Upstairs there are three beds.
On the beach sauna thre is available a hot tube for an additional fee, rental possiblity during April 1. - 30.11. The price of the hot tube is 285 euros/ week. The customer takes care of filling and heating the hot tub according to the instructions given. Payment is agreed directly with the owner. You can also ask the owner about kayaks and sup boards for rent.

Kiviranta is a spacious rental cabin, ideal for larger groups. The terrace offers a 37-meter elevation difference down to the lake, providing stunning lake views. The rental price includes final cleaning and ready-made bed linen. Additionally, there is a Tesla charging station in the carport, available at no extra cost.
Located 12 km northeast of Lahti, Lake Arkiomaanjärvi 90 m (width: 0.8 km, length: 2.2 km). The lake has a rapidly deepening, rocky bottom, with good swimming access from the pier. However, it is not suitable for small children or non-swimmers. A rowing boat is available for use.
This three-story log villa, handcrafted from logs in 2000, offers a well-designed layout. The main floor features a spacious living room, kitchen, a bedroom with a sofa bed for two, a bathroom with a WC and shower, a utility room, and a balcony.
On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms, each with two beds, with the option to arrange two of the rooms as double beds. There is also a WC, a balcony, and a lounge area with a sofa bed for two.
The ground floor includes a fireplace room, a small gym, an infrared sauna, a dressing room, a bathroom with a bathtub and two showers, an electric sauna, and a WC.
The lakeside sauna has both a wood-burning and an electric sauna stove, a dressing room, and a cozy living area. Washing water is heated in a stove tank, and the sauna has electricity and summer water pumped from the lake. The lakeside sauna is available from May 1st to October 31st.
