Built in 1995 and fully renovated in 2012, this atmospheric 100 m² cabin combines classic Finnish cabin ambience with contemporary conveniences. Located in a peaceful setting on the shore of Lake Saarinen, it offers beautiful views and the tranquility of nature. The grill shelter situated on a rocky outcrop provides the perfect spot to enjoy the evening sun and lake scenery — an ideal environment for relaxation and quality time together.
The ground floor features a living room/kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, and direct access to a separate WC. There is also a wood-heated sauna, a dressing room, a washroom with a shower, and an additional WC.
The upper floor offers a cozy living area with two single beds, as well as a bedroom with double doors and a double bed.
The yard includes a swing and a trampoline for children. The gently sloping sandy beach is child-friendly, and at the end of the pier, you’ll find a winter swimming spot available throughout the cold season.

Muhola is a stylishly furnished spacious rental cottage on a green and sunny hillside plot.
32 km north of Savonlinna, no private beach, the nearest public beach is 12 km away in Enonkoski.
Wooden cottage 1948, extended 1985, interior renovated 2025, living room, kitchen, fireplace room, washroom, electric heater in the sauna, separate toilet.
Upstairs, hall/bedroom with two 140 cm double beds, passage to another bedroom with a double bed, balcony.
Double bed in the summer-use shed. Gas grill on the terrace next to the shed.
Outdoor sauna; separate dressing room, wood-burning stove in the sauna, pressurized water in summer, water is carried from the main cottage at other times.

At the shore, a separate wood-heated lakeside sauna lets you enjoy traditional Finnish steam and take a refreshing dip directly into the clear lake water. On the cliff above the shore, a cozy grill shelter provides the perfect spot to enjoy summer evenings and the setting sun.
The location is excellent for boaters: the shore can also be reached by larger boats, and the boat ramp is right nearby. In addition, the cabin includes a fishing permit - ask the owner for more information.
