110 km to the north from Helsinki in Harviala, Janakkala, this modern 105 m² lakeside villa was built in 2023 by lake Sääjärvi. There is a campfire site and a pier by the lake. The bottom of the lake is soft near the shore, and you can access it for swimming from the pier.
There is a large landscape window which gives a wonderful view of the fishy Lake Sääjärvi. The well-equipped living room and kitchen are open to the ceiling. In addition there are 2 spacious bedrooms on the ground floor. One with double bed (160 cm) and other with bunk bed (2 x 80 cm). Upstairs a large low loft with 2 beds (80 cm). In addition an utility room.
Lakeside sauna, walls made of laminated timber, area 17 m2. In addition, the building has a roofed terrace where you can sit and enjoy the beach view. 70 km east of Tampere, 20 m from Lake Längelmävesi, log cabin (2025). The cottage has a living room with a sofa and fireplace. A well-equipped kitchen with a dining table for four. Two bedrooms, both with a 160 cm wide bed. In addition, stairs from the living room lead to a loft with a double bed, the loft is partly low space (height in the middle 180 cm and 120 cm at the edges).
