The cabin features two bedrooms, one with a comfortable double bed and the other with two separate beds. Designed to accommodate a maximum of four people, it is an ideal choice for families or couples looking to enjoy a relaxing vacation together.
Surrounded by the tranquility of nature throughout the year, our cabin offers easily accessible activities. The ski trail is only about 600 meters away, and the snowmobile trail is just 200 meters from our cabin. Additionally, all necessary services can be found nearby in the Ruka village, less than three kilometers away.
The cabin's amenities include a living room/kitchen, as well as an electric sauna, providing the perfect setting for relaxation and well-being during your stay.

Welcome to Kuusamo, just 3.5 kilometers from the Ruka ski resort! This cozy kelo log cabin is perfect for holidaymakers who appreciate peace and proximity to nature. Saukkolampi, a natural pond (not suitable for swimming), is only 60 meters away. The cabin was built in 1987 and received a new lease on life with renovations in 2025, combining old-world charm with modern comfort.
Inside, there is space for up to 12 guests! There are two bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other with two bunk beds, and the loft has six mattresses in sleeping alcoves. The living area is ideal for relaxation, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher and an induction stove. The electric sauna invites you to unwind after a long day, and the open fireplace adds warmth to winter evenings. Pets are also welcome, so your whole family can enjoy the holiday together!
