The 3 1/2-room apartment Claudio on the second floor is comfortably furnished and features a south-facing balcony with a view of the valley and the mountains. Two bedrooms are located at the back of the house and can accommodate a crib. The kitchen, dining area with a corner bench, and living room are designed in an open layout. There are two wet rooms: a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and sink, as well as a separate WC. The floors in the living and bedrooms were renewed in 2024 with vinyl flooring. In front of the house, you will find a barbecue area, a sunbathing lawn, and recreational opportunities such as horseback riding, hiking, or skiing. A sauna can be used for an additional charge.
