This apartment in a semi-detached house has been renovated into a cozy holiday home and is situated just a short distance from the versatile services of Levi tourist center.
The location is excellent: only 600 m on foot to the center of Levi, where you can enjoy numerous restaurants, shops, and activities. By car, it's just a 1-km drive to the center, making it very convenient to move around the area.
Ski trail and hiking route are right next door, making it easy and enjoyable to explore nature. In addition, a snowmobile route is close by, allowing those interested in snowmobiling to easily enjoy it. The beautiful scenery of lake Immeljärvi is approx. 400 m away.
The ground floor of the apartment has a living area and a modern kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed. There's also a sauna and washroom/WC on the ground floor.
On the upper floor, there is a large bedroom with a double bed and two separate beds. The room is divided into two compartments by wardrobes. It also has a work desk and computer monitor. The upstairs lobby has one single bed, an armchair and sofa, and a coffee table. A child safety gate is at the top of the stairs.

Separate log cottage, completed in spring 2005, on the shore of Lake Ounasjoki in Kittilä.
The cottage has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The living room has a sofa bed for 3 persons.
Well-equipped kitchen-living room. Electric sauna, shower and separate toilet. Fireplace (baking oven above the fireplace is not in use). Drying cabinet for clothes. Satellite dish in cottage (including news channels in English, German and Russian).
The distance from the cottage to Kittilä is about 13 km and to Levi and Ylläs about 30 km. Suvantovirta is situated on the banks of the fishy Ounas River, the most common catches are grayling and trout. Fishing permits and where to buy them can be found at www.ounasjoki.fi.
Ball barbecue for use. Water in the tap contains iron, which causes smell and taste into the water. However, it's examined and potable. Wlan.
In winter the nearest groomed ski trail is about 3 km from Särestöniemi. From there you can reach to Ylläs and Levi's skiing tracks. There is a connecting track from Suvantovirta to Särestö from week 8, if the snow conditions allow it. There is direct access to the tracks from the cabin yard. The snowmobile track is 1 km along the road (50 m to the ice on the river, where you can also go sledging).
Toilets, laundry room, saunas renovated, windows, front door and floors replaced in May-June 2021.

Renovated and renewed cabin by the lake near the services of Levi tourist center.
Located by the lake Akanjärvi, distance 40 m, duckboard path to the lake shore, the beach is in a natural state, the lake has a sandy bottom. Common pier in use by a few cottages.
Planed log cabin, living room, kitchenette, double bed in the bedroom, separate bed and spreadable bed in another bedroom, sauna, spreadable bed in the dressing room, washroom and separate WC.
Pets are allowed for an extra fee.
In winter season (weeks 8-16) arrival no earlier than 17.00 at the day of arrival and departure no later than 10.00 at the day of departure.
