Kotokatti is a cozy and well-equipped terraced apartment in a quiet area next to the services and excellent outdoor activities of Vuokatti, including a few hundred meters to the first snow track.
This 56 m² single-storey apartment offers the ideal setting for an active holiday or unhurried relaxation.
A cozy and atmospheric living room-kitchen serves as the heart of the apartment, with a dining area for 4-5 people. A separate bedroom with 3 x 80 cm beds.
The sofa bed in the living room can be used as an extra bed for 1-2 guests if necessary (the bed is 140x200 cm when spread out). The folding beds can also be used as an alternative bed, e.g. for a child.

Feriehuset ligger i Vuokatti i hjertet af Sotkamo i Finland og tilbyder et autentisk tilflugtssted for dem, der søger en ægte finsk naturoplevelse. Hytten blev bygget i år 2000 og fuldt renoveret i december 2025 og kombinerer traditionelt håndværk med moderne komfort. Med et boligareal på 55 kvadratmeter plus loft huser hytten gæster i et velgennemtænkt layout. Stueplan består af kombineret stue og køkken, et lille soveværelse med en dobbeltseng på 140 cm, sauna med elektrisk opvarmning, vaskerum og toilet. Loftetagen tilbyder soveplads med 4 separate senge og åbner ud til en privat balkon, hvilket gør den ideel for familier.
Udendørsarealer
Hytten har adgang til bredden af søen Nuasjärvi, som ligger cirka 200 meter fra ejendommen og forbliver i sin naturlige tilstand. En gasgrille er tilgængelig i sommerperioden til udendørs spisning. Der stilles 3 cykler til rådighed for gæster til at udforske området, og der er et udendørs opbevaringsrum til praktisk brug.

Hytten er fuldt renoveret siden december 2025. Saunaen er udstyret med elektrisk opvarmning. En sikkerhedsbom er installeret øverst på trappen for at sikre et sikkert miljø for mindre børn.
