Great bargain for anyone looking for an inexpensive alternative to high priced Rome hotels. We used this as a base to explore Rome and the Etruscan lake area. It took an hour and twenty minites to get into Rome but the return day ticket of 7 Euro included all the buses and subways in Rome. The apartment was clean and simple and the little town of Capranica had all the conveniences we needed.
