[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] A natural, very quiet setting on a fenced-in property with plenty of shade; an excellent starting point for hiking or cycling. The village—with its restaurants, shops, playground, and more—is just a short distance away. The hosts are very pleasant and helpful. Thanks to a (gas) heating system, the property is also an attractive option during the shoulder seasons. It is a 10-minute drive to Cecina, which offers supermarkets, a marina, and other amenities. The surrounding hinterland is very peaceful, with little traffic and charming villages such as Querceto, Lasassa, and others.
Unfortunately, the open fireplace was not available for use; to make it functional, a switch would need to be installed (linked to the extractor fan), and ideally, a fireplace insert should be fitted.
