La villa rende una vacanza piacevole in molti.... anche se presenta alcune lacune come ambienti poco curati e non pulitissimo. Le camere da letto non sono 11 ma 9 di cui 2 quadruple. Cmq si trascorre nell'insieme una buona vacanza resa anche dalla qualità/prezzo

The villa is perfect for a pleasant holiday in many ... although it has some gaps (regarding the general maintenance and cleanliness of the rooms). The bedrooms are not 11 but 9 of which 2 are quadruple. Anyway, you can spend as a whole a good vacation. Good value for money
Die Villa Saturnia 9 erfüllt die durch die Beschreibung geweckten Erwartungen aus meiner Sicht voll. Ausstattung und Lage sind sehr gut, besonders hervorzuheben sind die Küche sowie die Duschen. Die auf der Website abrufbaren Bilder geben einen sehr guten Einblick. Zusammenfassend: 100%ige Weiterempfehlung, von der Buchung bis zum checkout vorbildliche Betreuung durch due Agentur.

The Villa Saturnia 9 fulfils the expectations aroused by the description from my point of view. Facilities and location are very good, especially the kitchen as well as the showers. The pictures on the website give a very good insight. Conclusion: 100% recommendation, from the booking to the checkout exemplary supervision by the agency.
Io e i miei amici abbiamo alloggiato in "Flavia2" durante il periodo del Lucca Comics&Games. Appena arrivati siamo stati accolti subito dalla gentilissima proprietaria che ci ha accompagnato all'interno della casa. La casa si è rivelata meglio delle aspettative! Davvero molto spaziosa e ben arredata!
Vicinissima sia a Pisa che a Lucca e con il capolinea di un bus che ti porta fino a dentro le mura di quest'ultima.
Come già detto la proprietaria è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile nei nostri confronti! Lo stesso vale per l'agenzia!
Siamo stati molto contenti di aver scelto questa casa.

Upon arriving we were greeted immediately by the very kind owner who took us inside the house. The house turned out to be better than expected! Very spacious and well furnished!
Close to both Pisa and Lucca with a bus station that takes you up to inside the walls of the latter.
As already said the owner was very kind and very helpful to us! The same applies to the agency!
We were very glad we chose this house.
Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette maison en famille, nous étions 18 personnes de 6 mois à 71 ans et tout le monde a aimé la maison avec ses espaces et équipements.
La maison dispose de 3 étages ce qui est tres pratique pour ne pas etre les uns sur les autres, et dispose aussi de 2 grandes salles à manger à l'intérieur et extérieur, ce qui permet de se réunir pour les repas.
En termes d'équipement cuisine il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut et les draps et serviettes sont fournis.
Maison à conseiller fortement, les paysages autour suffisent à nous évader et la proximity de Florence est un bon plus.

We spent a week in this family home, we were 18 people from 6 months to 71 years old and everyone enjoyed the house with its spaces and facilities.
The house has 3 floors which is very convenient not to be on top of each other, and also has 2 large dining rooms inside and outside, which allows to meet for meals.
In terms of kitchen equipment there is really everything you need and the linens and towels are provided.
House to advise heavily, the scenery around is enough to get away and Florence proximity is a good plus.
We were a party of 7 and the villa was perfect for us. The directions to the villa are great and the overall location is great. Lilly and Marco met us there to show us around and were very accommodating when the heating bill came in quite high.
