A lovely apartment with fabulous views and swimming pool which was cleaned most nights. Very friendly and helpful owners. Kitchen was equipped fairly basically and we could have done with aircon in both bedrooms but we were there at a particularly hot time. Easy reach to some of the main Tuscany attractions.
Overall, we loved staying there and would go again.
We had a great stay with our family. The children loved the pool. We went to the beach and Pietrasanta. Very nice. You can walk to the beach. It’s half an hour. But with small children is not so safe. There were only some dogs across the street who were barking all night. After we fed them, it became better.
We rented this villa for a family week (we were 10 people) and everything was perfect: the villa is amazing and the place gorgeous. I must also say that the women helping on site (cleaning and food) were lovely. We felt really welcomed and they took good care of us, answering all our questions, cooking amazing Italian food, listening to our needs, preferences and requests. We loved everything and definitely recommend this place.
Superbe maison, très bien située avec très agréable piscine commune (pour 10 villas) en bas du jardin. A pied des commodités. Au calme, tout en étant proche des accès.
Toutefois, l'accès est très mal indiqué (pas de numéro de rue, pas de plan), il faut se débrouiller et chercher. Accueil impersonnel, il faut chercher les clés en téléphonant pour savoir où elles sont. Pareil pour le recyclage des poubelles, on ne sait pas où les déposer. Il y a des transats avec des noms près de la piscine mais on ne sait pas lesquels on doit utiliser. Heureusement les voisins sont là pour vous dire comment remettre l'électricité et l'eau quand il y a de l'orage.
Enfin, il n'est pas possible de prendre une douche chaude pour 6 !
Quel dommage, car le potentiel est là et le séjour reste agréable.
Wir -3 Ehepaare aus Österreich - verbrachten eine wunderbare Urlaubswoche. Der Besitzer hat die Stein-Villa zu einem Schmuckkästchen restauriert. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl, waren nur 1x unterwegs. Zu beachten: die direkte Zufahrt zum Haus ist nur mit Allrad bzw. für sehr routinierte Lenker möglich (steiniger, enger und holpriger Weg) . Können es nur weiterempfehlen! ????
Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft in einem spannenden und von deutschen Touristen nicht besonders frequentierten Teil der Toskana. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber im Blick auf das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hervorragend. Das von anderen beschriebene Problem mit Mücken erschien uns nicht gravierender als anderswo; Anti-Brumm hat jedenfalls wirkungsvoll geholfen. Die Betreuung durch die Verwaltung war sehr gut und unkompliziert; ein zerbrochener Gartenstuhl musste nicht bezahlt werden, spricht für Kulanz.

We had a wonderful one week's stay here in July. The house is simply stunning, filled with antique furniture and all mod cons. It has wonderful views from every room, set as it is in the middle of olive groves and vineyards. The swimming pool, cleaned every day, and a tennis court as well, made it hard to make the effort to get into Florence, which is only a short 10 min drive to the railway station (Montelupo) and then a 15 minute ride. There is an excellent rustic restaurant 5 minutes drive away in the vineyard of Tenuta San Vito, as well as a good restaurant/pizzeria in the local village of Malmontile. Titziana and her friend were always on hand to offer advice, and help out if we didn't know how to get something to work, so it ticked all the boxes. We'll be back!
We had a wonderful week. The main house is a lovely, charming, spacious, building. Four families stayed there and one more family stayed in the smaller house on the side. We were 9 adults, 10 children and two babies. It was a very hot week - 39 degrees some days- but the living area stayed cooler. The pool is very enjoyable and relaxing. The water was very clean. The children spent hours there. It is not fully secure, but it is removed from the house with vegetation growing around it. The grounds are huge but all visible from the terrace so the children can venture further afield without concern.
Our meals were cooked by the lovely Simona. She delivered them to the kitchen so we
could eat them at our leisure. Simona was a wonderful help to us - always kind and smiling and always ready to find a solution (wasps‘ nest, broken clothes dryer,
Lack of coat hangers). Fresh flowers were left in each room. The towels were tied in ribbon. Such sweet touches. And the view from the terrace is divine.
