Amamzing place with huge ground whre you can find many nice seats with view to land and sea!
There are 2 buildings, in big one you have 3 bedrooms and in second 2 bedrooms.
Very nic kitchen connected to terrace, so there si lots of fun during cooking...
View small thinks:
- water in swimming pool is very agressive (maybe to much chemicals) and cold
- jsut to know that you will be driving up the mountains on narrow way with 30% uphill (10 min. drive)
Place is amazing and villa very nice, we love this property and want to come back!!

We had a fantastic stay at Civetta. By coincidence we were the only guests there this week and Peggy and Nicola (the owners) were very welcoming and couldn't do too much for us- particularly on the morning that the water to the entire site was cut off they ran around fetching us watering cans of water so we could wash and some bottled water so we could drink. The only criticism is regarding the 100euro cleaning fee that we do feel is a bit steep. Can't it be incorporated in the price of the stay.

The location is juist right, perfect to visit for instance san Gimignano, Volterra, Siena, Barberina val d’Elsa, Greve and of cource Florence. You can drive the Chianti- route, which is very beautifull. There are many places where you can try and buy wine, cheese and ham.
Nearby, the “osteria” , where you can eat very well with a beautifull view.
The location of the house is very quiet, peaceful, with a view to all sides. And the swimmingpool is ideal.

Het huis is groot, 5 slaapkamers en 4 badkamers. Ruim voldoende voor de 5 personen waar wij mee op vakantie waren. Alles is aanwezig. Het huis ligt aan de rand van Toscane vlak bij Umbrië. Het huis ligt heel rustig tussen de weilanden en heeft een heerlijk zwembad en een veranda waar je 's morgens heerlijk kan ontbijten. Het huis is wel enigszins gehorig, de eigenaar woont op de begane grond en de levendige Italiaanse conversaties waren 's morgens vroeg goed te horen in onze slaapkamer op de 1e verdieping.

Charming, rustic house with lovely pool. Comfortable and quirky. Old fashioned mismatched kitchen stocked with everything you could possibly need - enjoyed cooking local ingredients. If you like shiny and new, this house is not for you. But if you like lived in and clearly loved, then you'll like it a lot.

Excellent, beautiful, we could use all words of Praise we could think of.
Fulfilling all our needs and requests completely. The Villa is a couple turns from Lido Fiori beach, considered "a best" by a great many, us included.
Easily access to Menfi or, if you enjoy a different point of view, take a right on Poppi and head toward the road to Porto Palo and Menfi. It takes a bit longer but ends up on the other side of Menfi with equal access to SS115. Oh, I forgot to mention the covered parking.
The villa is even more lovely than the pictures with access to wonderful garden vegetables, fruit and flowers. All of it very scenic from your patio including beautiful sunsets.
We fell in love with the owners for many many reasons and are very pleased to recommend florinda to anyone traveling in that area.

Beautiful, clean house with great views. Nice spacious house with a large terrace that you can enjoy the sun all day! It is also completely fenced in so our dog could roam freely. We would stay here again!

It's a rural location, with a beautiful pool. If you like communing with nature, this is the perfect spot for a get away from it all holiday (limited phone signal, but good wifi). If you're a party animal, then this gite is probably not for you.
We had a fantastic time and would certainly go back.
