Un apartamento realmente cómodo con muy buenas vistas y excelente orientación. Situado en una buena zona en primera línea de playa y con tiendas en la misma urbanización. Ideal para familias con niños. Como aspecto negativo destacaría algo pobre en menaje de cocina. No obstante, repetiría.

A very nice house.
The straff were very friendly and helpful.
A big, clean house with nothing to complain about.
There were two pools for sharing with the other houses, but there was never crouded at the poolareas.
Overall a nice place for a vacay for two families.
Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage, sehr nette Vermieter, die immer hilfsbereit sind, das Apartament ist geräumig, sauber, mit Aussicht aufs Meer, auf dem Strand sind fast keine Leute, für Turistik sind hier schöne kleine Ziele, wo man allein ist, ohne Menge anderer Touristen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Great place to stay, location and views are amazing. Very comfortable size for a family, the only downside was the street noise and very average beds. Otherwise we had a great time.
Spent a great vacation in this house. Everything is there what is needed. Fantastic location, easy walk to the beach (2 minutes). Breakfast at the front terrasse with view to the sea. Lunch and Dinner at the backside in the shade.
Things to be aware of:
1. The wild pigs come at night and look what is inside the waste bins. Can be fun though to hear them make strange noises.
2. The small ants are getting into the house. So hide any open food (fruits, etc). Otherwise you get an invasion of them.
3. To the landlord. It would be good to get a little fresh up on small items such as door latch or maybe a more modern approach for storing the cutlery.
Other then that as mentioned it was fantastic. Will try to come back next year.
We stayed at Excelcior for 6 days during our stay in Biarritz. In general we were quite happy with the apartment during our stay. It was cozy and had all the necessary equipment. The apartment was located perfect in the middle of the town and still hidden from the busy square, so we were not disturbed by the noise of the street.
However, you need to be aware that the balcony face directly towards a huge ventilation on top of some restaurant. When it was running (basically the whole afternoon and evening) you do not really want to use the balcony unless you have a bad hearing. It was quite disturbing why I only can reward this apartment with 3 stars.
