We hadden een zeer aangenaam verblijf in een zeer ruime en moderne woning. Een echte aanrader. De huiseigenaar was zeer discreet en zeer servicegevoelig. Het enige wat beter kon is het servies in de keuken. Er zijn heel veel spullen aanwezig, maar het is echt een chaos. Zeker de moeite waard en een zeer goede prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding.

The only thing that could be better is the dishes in the kitchen. There is a lot of stuff, but it is really chaos. Well worth it and very good value for money.
TUTTO DIFFICILE in questo appartamento.
Cucina troppo piccola per 7-8 persone, cucina senza appoggi nè dispensa. Bagno senza appoggi per beauty e vasca da bagno scomodissima senza possibilità di poter fare una doccia (no tenda). Rubinetti del Medioevo con acqua che non si miscela (fredda e calda) per cui ad ogni bidet si rischia l'ustione o il congelamento. Aria condizionata non funzionante, phon impossibile da accendere perchè altrimenti salta la luce. Quando abbiamo chiamato per comunicare questo disservizio, NON SI E' PRESENTATO NESSUNO DALLA RECEPTION. LAVATRICE INESISTENTE nonostante dicano nell'annuncio che è disponibile....ed anche il PERSONALE non è stato soddisfacente. Unica nota positiva della casa, la posizione centralissima. Per il resto esperienza da NON ripetere.
Heerlijke vakantie gehad in deze zeer ruime authentieke Toscaanse villa!
Met 4 volwassenen en 4 tieners bood dit huis en tuin met groot zwembad méér dan de nodige ruimte. De eigenares ontving ons heel vriendelijk en had iets lekkers in de koelkast klaargezet. We mochten haar altijd contacteren en toen er een probleempje was met het warm water, reageerde zij onmiddellijk en werd het euvel snel door haar broer opgelost.
Alles was (redelijk) voorhanden: messen en vorken in overvloed, soeplepels en koffielepels wat minder. Wijnglazen mochten er ook meer zijn, die hebben we zelf dan maar bijgekocht en achtergelaten. ;-) In de beschrijving stond dat er 4 ventilators waren, wij vonden er maar 1. We hebben ze echter niet gemist, want het huis blijft relatief koel.
Wat we wel misten was een koffiezetapparaat dat er volgens de beschrijving ook zou moeten zijn. Er was enkel een kleine bialetti aanwezig. Een echt koffieapparaat of een grotere bialetti zou welkom geweest zijn.
Verder niets dan lof voor dit ruime huis met mooie, grote, goed onderhouden tuin en heerlijk zwembad!

With 4 adults and 4 teenagers, this house and garden with large swimming pool offered more than the necessary space. The owner received us very friendly and had prepared something tasty in the fridge. We were always allowed to contact her and when there was a problem with the hot water, she responded immediately and the problem was quickly resolved by her brother.
Everything was (reasonably) available: knives and forks in abundance, soup spoons and coffee spoons less so. Wine glasses could be more, we bought them ourselves and left them behind. ;-) The description stated that there were 4 fans, we only found 1. We did not miss them, because the house remains relatively cool.
What we did miss was a coffee machine that should be there according to the description. Only a small Bialetti was present. A real coffee machine or a larger Bialetti would have been welcome.
Furthermore, nothing but praise for this spacious house with beautiful, large, well-maintained garden and lovely swimming pool!
It is an amazing place with beautiful surrounding, fantastic view over San Gimignano and the tuscan hills. The Pool was great, the winetasting with David was very interesting. The owner were very friendly. Thank you for fantastic days. We will come again.
Als erstes muss ich einmal loswerden das in meinem Vertrag nicht drin stand das ich eine Übernachtungssteuer vor Ort zahlen muss. Diese betrug für 2 Erwachsene/7 Nächte 21 Euro. Mir wurde vor Ort erklärt das dies im Vertrag steht und sie dies dort so handhaben weil man ja auch für den Ort keine Kurtaxe zahlen muss. Nun ja in meinem Vertrag stand nur Haustiere und Bettwäsche sind vor Ort zu zahlen. War sehr ärgerlich.
Die Wohnung und Lage war schön. Trotz eines riesen Komplexes hatte man seine Ruhe und konnte den Urlaub genießen.
In der Wohnung selbst sollte darauf geachtet werden das dass Reinigungspersonal auch in den versteckten Ecken säubert. Wir hatten noch Sand hinter den Türen. Leider war das Geschirr von den Vormietern auch noch teilweise dreckig. Im Schneebesen waren noch reste zu finden zb.
Der Ort Damp an sich ist ein kleiner ruhiger Kurort. Es gibt dort ein Bäcker, einen Edeka, ein kleines Bummellädchen und ein Paar Essmöglichkeiten. Zum großen shoppen lohnt sich dann doch eher Eckernförde, was gleich nebenan liegt. Zum Hundestrand waren es nur 5 Gehminuten wenn überhaupt. Das war super. Der Strand war voll aber nicht überfüllt. Die Ostsee kalt aber klares Wasser ohne viel Steine und Algen.

This was 21 euros for 2 adults / 7 nights. It was explained to me on site that this is in the contract. Well, in my contract only pets and bed linen are to be paid on site. This was very irritating.
The apartment and location was nice. Despite a huge complex you had your peace and quiet and could enjoy your vacation. In the apartment itself, care should be taken that cleaning staff also clean in the hidden corners. We still had sand behind the doors. Unfortunately, the dishes from the previous tenants were also partly dirty. There were leftovers in the whisk, for example.
The place Damp itself is a small, quiet health resort. There is a bakery, an Edeka-shop, a small shop and a couple of places to eat. For big shopping, Eckernförde, which is right next door, is more worthwhile. To the dog beach it was only a 5 minute walk if at all. That was great. The beach was full but not overcrowded. The Baltic Sea is cold but clear water without a lot of stones and algae.
We stayed ten days in this beautiful Tuscan estate, the housing unit is divided into 3 comfortable independent apartments and it comfortably accommodates 12 people, all the rooms are spacious and furnished in a rustic, yet functional style.
Alessandro the keeper has always been available and discreet.
I recommend this estate to those looking for a holiday of peace and tranquility, but at the same time a good starting point to explore the Tuscan villages and its hills, perhaps on board a mountain bike like I did.
For those interested in renting a bike or scooter just over 1 km away in Sinalunga there is an excellent shop.
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem kleinen Paradies.
Neben dem Pool fließt auch ein kleiner Bach um das Grundstück, unsere Kinder fanden das toll!
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
