La casa è fornita della maggior parte degli utensili e strumenti che possano servire durante una vacanza. È molto piacevole passare una giornata nella zona della piscina.
Come chiaramente descritto è divisa in due parti non comunicati. Può risultare scomodo specialmente la sera, se si è dimenticato qualcosa nell'altra zona, dover andare da una parte all'altra.
Segnalo la presenza di cinghiali che specialmente la notte si aggirano attorno all'abitazione e nel paese. Per chi ha un cane come me non è affatto piacevole: la sera si ha proprio paura di uscire.
Anche durante il giorno, per chi piace girare con il cane e avventurarsi in mezzo alla natura, è possibile trovare cinghiali il quale risulta pericoloso in presenza di cani.
Il posto è stupendo per chi ama la campagna e il silenzio. Appartamento estremamente pulito così come la piscina. Tiziana che lo gestisce è estremamente disponibile e gentile.. Che dire di più. I dintorni stupendi

Come fare una vacanza al mare, con bambini, in tutta tranquillità
Il villaggio Samoa non è molto grande (fortunatamente) ed è situato in un bel parco alberato dotato di molti servizi: piscina per grandi e piccini, parco giochi per i più piccoli, tavolo da ping pong campo per pallavolo, parcheggio interno gratuito e soprattutto viene offerta un’ottima assistenza dal personale: grazie Athos.
Il villaggio è tenuto molto bene ed i bungalow vengono consegnati puliti e igienizzati a fondo. Sono attrezzati di tutte le necessità e comodità, soprattutto è confortevole il geniale porticato esterno Anche la piscina è sorvegliata e viene pulita a fondo tutte le mattine.
Il villaggio alla sera viene chiuso per cui non ci sono pericoli di intrusioni.
Un suggerimento: andateci, noi ci torneremo!

The Samoa village is not very large (fortunately) and is located in a beautiful wooded park with many services: swimming pool for adults and children, playground for children, ping pong table, volleyball court, free internal parking and above all excellent assistance offered by the staff: thank you Athos.
The village is very well maintained and the bungalows are delivered clean and thoroughly sanitized. They are equipped with all necessities and comforts, above all the ingenious external porch is comfortable. The swimming pool is also supervised and is thoroughly cleaned every morning.
The village is closed in the evening so there are no dangers of intrusions.

Abbiamo soggiornato in Villa Pagliazzone l'ultima settimana di agosto.
Villette ordinate e pulite, piscina stupenda, parco infinito e molto curato.
Eccezionale vacanza per famiglie con cani, la proprietà è completamente recintata e sicura.
Favolosa accoglienza di Ledda e Paolo che coccolano con gli ortaggi dell'orto e le uova delle simpaticissime galline che vivono in un piccolo recinto nella proprietà.

Tidy and clean houses, wonderful swimming pool, infinite and well-kept park.
Exceptional holiday for families with dogs, the property is completely fenced and safe.
Fabulous welcome from Ledda and Paolo who gave us the vegetables from the garden and the eggs of the very nice hens who live in a small enclosure on the property.
Relaxing and private holiday.
An sich nettes Häuschen. Der Pflegezustand war jedoch bei unserem Aufenthalt kritisch. Schimmel in der Küche, Matratzen völlig durchgelegen (wir hatten nach einer Woche Rückenschmerzen und das Doppelbett ist ein 140cm-Bett). Auch das Babybett war speckig und die vorhandene Bettwäsche (Bezug) hat hier nicht auf die Matratze gepasst. Das zweite Zimmer ist ein reines Durchgangszimmer ins Elternschlafzimmer und kann auch nicht durch eine Tür oder ähnliches vom Wohnraum im EG abgetrennt werden. Besteck und Töpfe etc. mussten wir erstmal selbst reinigen und konnten einiges davon auch nicht mehr nutzen. Ebenfalls mussten wir die Fernsehprogramme erst selbst wieder programmieren sowie das Sofa von Tierhaaren reinigen. Wir empfehlen das Haus nicht weiter. Vorteilhaft waren allerdings die ruhige abgelegene Lage, der schöne Außenbereich mit Spielwiese und gemauerten Grill sowie freundliche Nachbarn.
Geräumiger Bungalow in sehr ruhiger Lage, schöne Umgebung, sauber, alles Nötige ist vorhanden, nette Vermieter. Wir können es nur empfehlen!

We loved the apartment in 2019 when we first stayed there. Our return booking for 2020 was postponed due to the Covid pandemic and was rescheduled for August 2021.
The apartment had all the features we required and gave us a lovely view from our balcony across the Hohe Matte towards the Victoria Jungfrau Hotel.
Only a few minutes walk to the town centre and both train stations, it is conveniently located to catch the boats and sail around both Lake Brienz and Lake Thun, as well as journeying by train into the mountains to visit the Eiger/Monch/Jungfrau and also the Schilthorn and, my own favourite place, the Lauterbrunnen valley.
We will return to holiday in the Bernese Oberland in the future and look forward to staying at the Victoria View apartment again when we do.
