Beautiful location (you do need a car) and Sophia was very accommodating in helping with things we needed. The pool is lovely although not directly by the property (2 minutes walk). However if you want a kitchen big enough that you want to cook for 8 people (assuming to have both apartments) it isn’t adequate.. the utensils are not enough, the crockery is chipped and generally needs some serious TLC as well as any powder around the kitchen worktop and on the floor… don’t get me wrong this is a lovely property it’s just the kitchen that needs to be changed so if you aren’t necessarily planning on using the kitchen it’s lush.. I would recommend to a friend with the caveat on the kitchen
Vom Eigentümer ausgesprochen geschmackvoll und mit einer Ausstattung von sehr guter Qualität eingerichtetes Haus in toller Lage (*****), aber - bei ausgesprochen freundlichen Ansprechpartnern vor Ort - leider schlechter Verwaltung durch die beauftragte Agentur (z.B. hinsichtlich der Zeit, die dem Reinigungspersonal zur Verfügung steht, Kontrolle der Funktionstüchtigkeit der Einrichtung, Angabe der Adresse für Schlüsselübergabe in Buchungsunterlagen etc.)
We had a wonderful stay at La Sorgente in early July. The house is in the most beautiful location, quiet with stunning views over the valley below. The house itself was grand, and also very homely well equipped and very easy to settle into. The pool (gently salted) was well maintained and in a lovely spot. We also made great use of the boules court and the BBQ which were an excellent addition. Would happily go back for a relaxing and premium stay!
Wonderfull vibrant Tuscany habitat located just a few 100 meters the ancient city of Cortona. From the habitat: absolutely stunning view with an exclusive private feeling to it (also with private pool). And Silvia (the host and owner) was very kind and very helpfull with everything. We’ll certainly return to this magic place some day.
Superbe séjour. Les propriétaires sont charmants et nous ont très bien reçu et guidé pour nos visites. La maison est très correcte et propre, seul petit bémol la proximité de la route sur les chambres. Je recommande sans problème.
this property comes with the most amazing pool & pool view possible. the pool is deep with also shallow areas. it allows for great playing on a hot day. the terraces and garden furniture provided all allow for blissful summer days. if it weren't for the pool the rating of this property would have been lower. the house is definitely OK, but more worn-out and quite packed with decoration. The first floor outside lounge corner is again a lovey asset and was used daily with pleasure. Property is in the midst of nature. amazing sunsets overlooking the stunning landscape in the pool area...but it comes with a drive on a long winding road on some steeper hills So make sure to buy all you need for breakfast (even salt, coffee & tea) as there is nothing upon arrival and it will take you 30' each way on that hilly rather narrow road to the nearest store
Hi, the villa is perfect! We were 6 adults group - stay in July 2023. Villa is fully equiped (tv, wifi, gas cooker,electric oven, fridge freezer, cookware, toaster, sandwich maker, moka coffee maker, dishwasher, washing maschine, outside grill...) - all you need is there. In one bathroom is massage bath/tube. In villa are italian power sockets "ooo" but also some adapters to standard eu socket...and even eu mobile charger fits to italian socket ;o)). At the place you have really big piece of your private land where you can play any kind of sport (voleyball, footbal, petang, garden croquette, badminton...) - you need bring your accessories, but i.e.there is available table football (kalčeto). Swimming pool dimension cca 10x5x 1,5-2,4m with integrated jacuzzi in one corner is nice/clean (robot for cleaning and filtration running well) perfect even sufficient for sport swimming in morning ;o). There is private parking with roof (cca 4 cars). Owner is always ready to help you... In 10-20 min by car many beaches, restaurants, old towns/wineries.. available...especially nice is spiagge bianche with white sand....We really recomend this accomodation villa rosa ;o)
Excellent séjour passé à la casa Ciabatti. Les hôtes (Walter et Marco) sont super sympa. discret mais toujours là si besoin pour un bon conseil. Endroit calme et reposant. Très belle piscine entouré d'Oliviers. Attention au moustiques.
Wir waren als 4-köpfige Familie im Casa Fanfulla. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist mit allem nötigen ausgestattet, hat Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern. Supergünstig war auch das zweite Bad, eins für die Kids, eins für uns Eltern. Alles sehr sauber. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und mega nett und bemüht sich wirklich um seine Gäste. Sogar einmal Handtuch und Bettwäsche-Wechsel war inbegriffen. Das Highlight bildete der Pool. Dieser wurde jeden Abend gereinigt. Alles war in bester Ordnung. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter.
