Amazing apartment! Spacious and beautiful inside and out, modern and very comfortable. Great location for walking to the sea and around town. Hosts were very friendly, communicative and informative. Things to keep in mind: Be prepared for a lot of stairs as it is on the top floor (no elevator). Parking is not on site, will require walking. Rubbish sorting and removal will be your responsibility (common in Croatia). Highly recommend this rental!
Location is terrific! It sits on a lovely street and everything is very walkable from there. William, the property manager, was also great and very communicative. The check-in/check-out process went smoothly and I really appreciated that he sent videos of how to access the apartment and other things. Added bonus was the lovely doorman.
Now, the negatives. The listing cites A/C, however, it is either too old, broken, or both because the temperature never dropped below 28°C (82°F) the entire stay. It was unbearable at night so we slept with the balcony doors open and I awoke to 15 mosquito bites all over my body which swelled up to the size of golf balls. The other issue was the parking which was the specific reason we booked here. We were okay paying to park, but don't say "Parking is Available" when really the "amenity" is YOU search on maps for third-party parking garages with zero affiliation and many blocks away from the apartment for 50 euros/a day. If that's the case, every apartment in a major city has "parking accommodation". Lastly, the apartment cleanliness was subpar at best - dirty utensils, stains on the couch, etc.
Overall, would only stay here again if 1. it wasn't anywhere close to summer and 2. if I couldn't find anything better in this price range

Een fantastisch huis met een schitterend uitzicht (ook op zee). In werkelijkheid nog veel beter en mooier dan op de foto's toen we boekten. Het huis, van buiten en binnen, en de tuin is top onderhouden. Alles keurig schoon. De omgeving is geweldig: heerlijke wandelingen met soms aardig wat klimwerk, de kust is vlakbij met zowel zand-, kiezel-, en rotsstranden. Imperia is een hele leuke plaats met veel winkels, bezienswaardigheden en eetgelegenheden. Kortom, een geweldige vakantie gehad, zelfs zo goed dat we er serieus over nadenken om hier volgend jaar weer naar toe te gaan.

The house, both inside and out, and the garden are impeccably maintained. Everything is spotlessly clean. The surrounding area is wonderful: lovely walks, some with a fair amount of climbing, and the coast is nearby, with sandy, pebble, and rocky beaches. Imperia is a very pleasant town with plenty of shops, attractions, and restaurants. In short, we had a fantastic holiday, so much so that we're seriously considering returning next year.
Appartamento piccolo ma molto accogliente e pulito. I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili. Ottimo punto di riferimento per le visite a Orvieto, Lago di Bolsena e altri borghi vicini.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Novate Mezzola und der wunderschönen Umgebung am Comer See. Wir haben uns in dieser gemütlichen und sehr sauberen Wohnung, in welcher es an nichts fehlte, direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Top: Total bequemes Bett, mit nicht zu weichen Matratzen!
Der schöne Strand am Lago di Mezzola war gut zu Fuß erreichbar und mitten in der Woche wenig besucht und der Imbiss dort sehr lecker. Auch die Wanderung ins ValCodera war fußläufig erreichbar und ein außergewöhnliches Erlebnis. Die Aussicht auf den Lago di Mezzola grandios.
Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und aufmerksam, haben sogar bemerkt als wir eine Panne mit dem Auto hatten und uns sofort Hilfe angeboten. Ganz lieben Dank nochmal dafür und einen lieben Gruß von J & B

The beautiful beach at Lake Mezzola was within easy walking distance and quiet during the week, and the snacks there were delicious. The hike into Val Codera was also within walking distance and an extraordinary experience. The view of Lake Mezzola was magnificent.
