We had a lovely stay and Le Pergole. Views were breathtaking and the pool was beautiful although quite cold. Andrea was very accommodating and very helpful. If I could make a few suggestions the addition of a kettle and generally more kitchen utensils would be helpful. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.
We had a splendid family trip with 8 adults and a 5y kid. The place is as fine and tidy as the pictures shows. We had two chefs in our group and they were happy to use that well-equipped kitchen and even the brick-made original pizza oven. Firewood had to be bought from the village. A car is a must because the road to Bracciano village is so narrow without sidewalks, it is located at the top of the hill and there were no taxis available or uber available.
The only 4/5 star rating goes to area because of the neighbors dog which was active in barking while we passed by.
This villa was exactly what our group was looking for. Spacious, with enough private area for our 4 couples, inviting and a true Tuscan treasure. Close to all amenities and a view to sit and drink wine with. The Host was friendly and helpful in every way. I highly recommend this property to anyone that wants to spend time in this country oasis.
Sehr ruhige Lage, Anlage sehr gepflegt. Sauberkeit der Wohnräume und Küche ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig. Abwicklung/Buchung etwas bürokratisch, hat aber funktioniert.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Very quiet location, facility very well maintained. Cleanliness of the living rooms and kitchen left something to be desired. Processing/booking was a bit bureaucratic, but it worked.
Really only suitable for those travelling by car as the keys have to be collected from an office in Cagne sur Mer. Without a car a major inconvenience
