Very nicely located, Casa Lucia is an excellent starting point to visit the central part of Tuscany.
It is a nice little house with stunning views. It comes with some flaws. Sometimes there is no water (when it is very dry), the kitchen could do with more cutlery and utensils, there is no internet (although, is that a flaw?) and it can also be very hot on the top level where the kitchen and living area are. You can use the AC system but be aware, you have to pay for electricity. This is actually the main point of critique: a property with this price tag should have no extra costs.
However, the garden surrounding the house is immaculately maintained, the lower level where the bedrooms are is very cool (literally), the owner Stefano is very friendly and helpful, and the pool is just magnificent. So, a thumbs up from us!

Das Haus und die Umgebung ist grosse Klasse, die Einrichtung sehr Geschmackvoll
mit viel Liebe zum Detail.
Die Küche ausreichend ausgestattet. Zwei grosse gedeckte Plätze bieten schöne Plätze zum Essen.
Der Pool sehr schön gross und es gibt schattige Plätzchen welche wir sehr oft genutzt haben.
Der Hauswart "Maurizio" ist ein sehr freundlicher Mensch, der sehr gut zum Grundstück schaut.
Seine Frau hat uns sogar am Samstag frische Wäsche gebracht.

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] We were able to spend two weeks at Casa Letizia. The house and the area are high class, the decor very tasteful with great attention to detail. The kitchen sufficiently equipped. Two large covered terraces offer nice places to eat.
The pool was very nice and big and there are shady spots which we have used very often.
The caretaker "Maurizio" is a very friendly person who is taking very good care of the property.
His wife has even brought us clean laundry on Saturday.
A big compliment!

The property was even better than the details suggested. The villa worked perfectly for our large group (4 adults, 4 teenagers). Spacious and fantastically well appointed.
We spent a lovely week in Villa Margherita. There were plenty of room for our two families (9 person). And the pool was very welcome as we had a very warm week in Tuscany (39 C)! I would warmly recommend the villa; the place was very nice and quiet.The rental car is needed if you would like to visit the attractions and see the Tuscany more as we did.
We had a wonderful stay at Il Doccio. It was everything we hoped for and more.We were a party of 15 ,three families, and we found it was the perfect place to combine times together and quieter times on our own. The accommodation was traditionally Italian and spotlessly clean. The pool was a great size and used daily by all.The setting was beautiful and the owners very helpful .We especially enjoyed the cooking lesson and meal afterwards. There are lots of places to visit in the area for a truly authentic Italian experience.I would highly recommend Il Doccio to families or large groups.
Zeer mooie woning, goed verzorgd, nieuwe keuken, ruime slaapkamers, alle voorzieningen dichtbij, schoonmaak wordt tussendoor geregeld, zelfs de was wordt voor je gedaan. Voldoende ruimte rondom het huis. Bijzonder is de geschiedenis van de familie/eigenaren en het pand zelf.

Sufficient space around the house. The history of the family / owners and the property itself is very particular.

Zeer mooie locatie. Appartementen zelf niet heel ruim, maar volop ruimte in en om het huis. Zwembad in het weekend druk, maar zeer ruim en met voldoende meubilair. Goed restaurant op het terrein met korting voor gasten. Boodschappen op loopafstand en veel mooie uitstapjes te maken in de omgeving. Een locatie die een sjieke indruk maakt, maar mede door de hartelijke eigenaren/ medewerkers snel als thuis voelt.

Swimming pool is crowded during the weekend but very spacious and with adequate furniture. Good restaurant on site with discounts for guests. Within walking distance for grocery and many beautiful trips nearby. A location that makes a chic impression, but quickly feels like home because of the warm owners / staff.
