A beautiful little apartment right in the heart of Venice. Super location 100m from St Mark's Square. The layout is better than in the photos. Instead of the sofabed in room 2 there is now a pair of iron twin beds. The sofa is now in the main bedroom with a roomy double bed. The living space has a well_equipped kitchen with doors that slide to hide it. Although not huge, this is a really well thought-out and comfortable apartment and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
We loved it! Absolutely beautiful building and environment. Lovely and quiet and we often felt we were the only ones there, even by the pool, although it was busier at different times of the day. Guests were friend, discreet staff in the office were helpful and friendly. Very spacious rooms, all equipment we needed and clean. We booked at the last minute so didn't have a huge choice of rooms. This one was a little dark and we didn't really want to eat indoors, so we took our breakfast downstairs and outside. Would love to go here again.
Traumhaft schöne Anlage, perfekt gepflegt, eine Augenweide für jeden Gartenfreund. Wir waren schon zwei mal da und werden wieder hin fahren. Einfach zum Erholen und Genießen.

We had a lovely stay at Casa Lucia. It is a great base from which to explore Tuscany. The views from the house and the pool are fabulous.
The only negative points from us would be that the bathroom needs attention to fix the leaking shower and damp! And we agree with the earlier review that we felt standard electricity use should be included in the price tag. The downstairs bedrooms were cool at night, so we didn't need the air con.
We had an excellent time at Montegufoni! The grounds and views are beautiful and absolutely serene. The food at the restaurant was the best we had the whole trip and Salvo was an excellent server. Thank you for a great, relaxing trip.
Zeer mooie woning met een prachtige ligging. Uiterst vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaars die je de volledige vrijheid geven maar bij elk probleem je onmiddellijk helpen. Zeer ruime en propere kamers. Goed ingerichte keuken met een gezellige plaats om buiten te eten. Bakker kort in de buurt , supermarkt iets verder maar makkelijk te bereiken. Prima onderhouden zwembad en jacuzzi. Kortom een absolute aanrader voor mensen die houden van rust en een mooie omgeving. Ook ideaal voor kinderen , plaats genoeg om te spelen , zwembad aanwezig ... Weinig tot geen negatieve punten.

In short, an absolute must for people who love peace and beautiful surroundings. Also ideal for children, plenty of room to play, a swimming pool at disposal... Little to no negative points.
It would be excellent, if the terrasse was furnished as promised and showed in the photos. But a very nice place, that we love and will return to
