Denne trævilla ligger i hjertet af Finland ved Ruovesi og tilbyder et autentisk nordisk ferieophold for gæster, der søger ro, natur og komfort. Villaen blev bygget i 2015 og huser op til 10 gæster fordelt på et velplanlagt layout med stort køkkenstue, 2 dobbeltsoveværelser, 1 soveværelse med 2 senge, wc, sauna, badeværelse og entre. Et loftsområde tilbyder yderligere soveplads med 2 senge og 2 ekstra sofasenge, hvilket gør villaen velegnet for større grupper og familier. Villaen har 2 badeværelser.
Udendørsarealer
Villaen ligger blot 30 meter fra søbredden af Näsijärvi, hvor vandet har en lavvandet, hård sandbund langs kysten og går over i stenebund længere ude. En stor åben terrasse strækker sig fra villaen og skaber ideelle rammer for udendørs spisning og afslapning. Gæsterne har eksklusiv adgang til en privat båd til udforskning af søens stille vande. Den vedvarmet strandsamuna, bygget i 2016, måler 15 m² og ligger direkte ved vandkanten med damprum, bruser og omklædningsrum. En rummelig terrasse ved siden af saunaen har en pejs, som skaber en varm og indbydende atmosfære til aftengatherings under den åbne finske himmel.

Villaen råder over 4G Wi-Fi-forbindelse. En elektrisk sauna i en separat bygning på ejendommen kan benyttes efter aftale med ejeren. Den vedvarmet strandsamuna er frit tilgængelig for alle gæster uden forudgående aftale. Husdyr er velkomne mod et tillæg pr. dyr; maksimalt 2 husdyr er tilladt. Magnificent, well-equipped, year-round cabin with a lot of space indoors and outdoors. The cabin's stylish wooden furniture is mainly made by a local carpenter. There is an electric sauna in the main building. In addition, a separate lakeside sauna with a wood-burning sauna stove and a separately rented smoke sauna (separate price / heating).
55 km to the west from Tampere, lake Eräjärvi 30 m. The beach is shallow, the beginning of the beach is sanded to a depth of about 1 m (Lake Eräjärvi is naturally muddy), there is a pier and a rowing boat on the shore. The beach is very suitable for children.
Log villa 111 m² (built 2022), three bedrooms. Bedroom 1: double bed (motor bed 180x200 cm), bedroom 2: two beds, bedroom 3: spreadable bed, the size of which when assembled is 80x200 cm and when spread out is 160x200 cm. In addition, in the summer there are two beds in the log sleeping shed. The lakeside sauna is available from the 1st of May to the 30th of August.
The cabin has a spacious living room with heat reserving fireplace and air heat pump. A spacious, well-equipped kitchen with a dining group for eight people. Separate WC, sauna, washroom (2 showers), washing machine and drying cabinet. The spacious terrace is equipped with terrace furniture and a permanent barbecue area, with a charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal).
The lakeside sauna has a wood-burning sauna stove, shower, fireplace in the living area (the stove's wood filling hatch serves as a fireplace). Next to the sauna, on the beach, there is a campfire and a smoke sauna, which can be rented for a separate fee. The smoke sauna must be reserved directly from the owner and paid to the owner as well. In the summer of 2023, compensation for one-time heating is €300 (heating takes about 6 hours and availability can also be confirmed by the owner).

Villa Karhenhelmi is a high-quality villa located in Karhe, Ylöjärvi, by the shores of Lake Karhejärvi, 35 km northwest of Tampere. This modern villa accommodates up to 9 guests. For a peaceful night's sleep, the villa offers three separate bedrooms with a total of seven high-quality beds (plus a baby crib) and a sauna's living area with a sofa bed for two. A spacious 80 m² terrace crowns a hydro massage bath, the use of which is included in the rental price.
Lake Karhejärvi is rich in fish, and preparing your catch – such as pike-perch, pike, or perch – on the villa’s gas grill is a delightful experience. A fishing permit for the lake is included in the rent. During the summer, the best way to explore the scenery is from the lake, using the rowing boat or the two SUP boards provided as part of the rental. Guests also have free access to a large trampoline. Additionally, the owner offers two e-bikes for rent upon request.
The wood-heated sauna with opposite-facing benches provides gentle heat, and the lake is just steps away via a clean, well-maintained wooden path. The hard, gently sloping sandy beach with a dock is only 20 meters from the villa, perfect for swimming.
The villa is equipped with a wide range of modern amenities, including three showers and three WCs, high-speed wireless internet, and three Smart TVs. It is also well-suited for remote work. The property features an 8A charging station for electric vehicles.
Final cleaning is always included in the rental price. During the summer season from midsummer to mid-August (weeks 25–33), weekly reservations include pre-made bed linens (for up to 9 people) and bathrobes. For shorter stays and other times of the year, bed linens can be ordered as an additional service.
