Bygget i 2001 er villaen en rummelig og velgennemtænkt ejendom, der kombinerer rustik charme med komfortabel indretning. Hovedbygningen indeholder et stort åbent stue- og køkkenareal, et soveværelse med dobbeltseng, et andet soveværelse med 2 senge, toilet, elektrisk sauna, vaskerum med 2 bruser samt et dedikeret påklædningsrum. En overdækket terrasse udvider boligens leveområde udendørs. På øverste etage tilbyder et loftsboligområde yderligere fleksibilitet med en sovealkov med 2 senge og en anden sovealkov med dobbeltseng og 2 yderligere senge.
Udendørsarealer
Villaen ligger blot 25 meter fra Botniske Bugt ved Hyvinluodonfäärtti, en smal og beskyttet stræde med dybe, stenede og lerede bunde. En stor bro strækker sig ud over vandet og giver direkte adgang til badning, fiskeri eller blot nydelse af udsigten. En robåd står til rådighed for gæsterne. Den overdækkede terrasse udgør et komfortabelt udendørs opholdsområde og spiseplads. En separat udbygning huser et sommerkøkken udstyret med grill, røger og komfur, ideelt til udendørs madlavning i de varmere måneder. Udbygningen indeholder desuden et stueområde med pejs og en udtrækbar sofa.
Praktiske oplysninger
Villaen råder over Wi-Fi-forbindelse. En traditionel vedvarmet sauna med stor varmeovn samt et dampbad på øverste etage tilbyder en autentisk finsk saunaoplevelse. Under vintermånederne skal vand til den vedvarmede sauna bæres i spande fra en kilde cirka 20 meter væk; gulvvarmen i påklædningsrummet til den vedvarmede sauna er ikke i drift i vinterperioden.

Villaen ligger cirka 150 kilometer nord for Turku, en af Finlands mest historisk betydningsfulde og levende byer med middelalderborg, domkirke og rige kulturelle tilbud. Planed log villa built in 2007-2008 (100 m²), with a separate wood-heated lakeside sauna. Situated approx. 270 km to the northwest from Helsinki, 22 km from Pori, in Onnenkoski, on the tranquil lake Haapijärvi.
There are a total of 4 villas on the shores of lake Haapijärvi (other properties 16679, 16695 & 16696), and they are all similar, with possible minor differences in equipment. However, the villas are situated so that each has its own beach and private yard.
On the ground floor of the main building, there is a large open-plan living room/kitchen area with a high ceiling. The kitchen is well-equipped, and there is plenty of space for a larger group to dine together. Two bedrooms, each with two beds (size 80 x 200 cm). In addition, there is an electric sauna and a bathroom with WC.
The upper floor has a low but spacious loft with three beds at each end (a total of 6 beds, size 80 x 200 cm each). Please note that the villa is rented for a maximum of 8 people.
There is a separate entrance with a vestibule. Access to the terrace from the living room/kitchen. The terrace has an L-shaped design and is entirely under a roof. On the terrace, you can find a dining area and a gas grill.
On the beach, there is a separate sauna building with a wood-heated sauna stove, a washing room, a living area, and a loft. Terrace facing the lake. If needed, you can sleep in the loft of the sauna building (note the steep ladder). The living area has a sink and a workspace.
The plot is coniferous forest terrain sloping gently towards the lake. The bottom of the lake near the shore is sandy and shallow, becoming softer farther out. There is a small pier with a swim ladder.
Pets are allowed in the Koivuranta cottage for reservations that take place from June 12, 2024. Until then, pets are prohibited. Koivuranta

Dette træhus ligger 24 km vest for Pori i Finland og tilbyder et autentisk og fredfuldt ophold på kysten af Eteläselkä, der udgør en del af Selkämeri. Bygget i 1960 udstråler huset rustik karakter og varme. Stuen er udstyret med en 115 cm bred sofa bed, en alkove med en 120 cm bred seng og et sovekrog med en 90 cm bred seng. Et værelse med toilet og vask ligger sammen, og huset rummer en traditionel vedovn-sauna, et væsentligt element i finsk hytte-kultur. En udbygning på 10 m² tilbyder yderligere soveplads med en 160 cm bred dobbeltseng.
Udendørsarealer
En overdækket terrasse giver ly for frisk havluft uanset vejret. En gasgrille står til rådighed for udendørs madlavning og spisning med udsigt over kysten. Huset ligger blot 30 m fra havet med trappetrin ned til vandet; søbunden er mudret og bliver hurtigt dybere. En robåd kan bruges til at udforske Eteläselkä. Et varmt kar kan lejes mod merpris; gæsten er selv ansvarlig for at fylde, opvarme og rengøre det.

15 km to the north from Rauma, river Eurajoki 20 m, pier, 2 kayaks, sup-board, pier, swimming ladder. The river deepens sharply right from the shore, you can swim from the pier by ladder or from the side of the pier. The river is several meters deep in the middle and in the summer there can be some flow (depending on rainfall).
Exclusive destination, built in 1997, close to all services.
This destination consists of two buildings.
Main building 190 m²: On the ground floor, 3 bedrooms: 180 cm wide motor bed in the master bedroom (beds can be separated if necessary), in the second bedroom a 160 cm wide double bed and in the third two single beds.
Kitchen, separate WC, there is an instant ready electric sauna stove in the sauna and a bath-/hydro massage bath in the washroom.
On the upper floor, 2 bedrooms with two separate beds each, separate WC, living area. In alcove 2 beds, laver to be spread and mattress. Upstairs there is a glazed balcony with infrared heaters.
Covered terrace and gas grill in front of the main building. There is an outdoor jacuzzi for 8 people on the terrace that can be booked for an additional fee (the customer agrees on the reservation and payment with the owner, price starting from 200 e/weekend).
Log-built sauna building 25 m²: wood-heated sauna, TV lounge, 140 wide sofa bed and 2 mattresses, sleeping loft with 120 cm wide bed, separate WC, fridge, dishwasher.
Large furnished terrace, hot tub (included in the price, the customer heats it themselves, carefully following the instructions received from the owner), sun beds, infrared heaters and gas grill in front of the sauna building.
There are also a children's playhouse and campfire site in the yard area.

Cozy and warmly decorated wooden apartment near the center of Rauma and the Old Rauma. This property is ideal for a few days' stay or a longer visit. Services and attractions are close by, and you can prepare meals in the comfortable apartment according to your own schedule.

Spacious and well-equipped kitchen with a ceramic stove, extractor hood, dishwasher, washing machine, dining area for four, and sufficient dishes.
The apartment includes a bathroom with a shower.
The living room features a sofa, chair, wardrobe, large flat-screen TV, and a soundbar that allows for Bluetooth music playback. There is also a desk in the living room, along with a sleeping area separated by a slatted wall, which has a double bed measuring 160 x 200 cm. The sofa includes an additional bed for one, measuring 70 x 190 cm.
Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. The price includes bed linens for the double bed. Bed linens for the sofa bed are also included, but the renter will need to make it up himself/herself if necessary.
