Cozy cottage on the shore of the peaceful Murtolampi. 63 km southwest of Kuopio, Murtolampi 100 m, deep mud-bottomed beach, no pier. The cottage has its own spacious yard, where you can be in peace.
Wooden cottage (1987), hallway, living room, kitchen, equipped like a detached house. Two bedrooms, one with a 180 x 200 cm double bed and the other with two 80 x 200 cm beds. The living room has two sofa beds, both of which become 140 x 190 cm extra beds.
So a total of 4+4 beds.
The cottage has a sauna with a wood-burning stove, a washroom and a separate dressing room with a fireplace. Separate toilet, accessed from the hallway.
The living room has a TV, a PlayStation 3 game console and some games and movies. The cottage also has books and board games that can be used.
A barbecue grill and an electric grill are available during the summer season. The cottage has a starter set for the barbecue grill, i.e. coals and lighter fluid. If the starter set is not enough, the renter must purchase the coals and lighter fluid they need themselves.
Note: There is a log building in the yard that is undergoing renovation. Construction work will only be carried out when there are no tenants on site. Murtolampi

Wooden two storey cottage (1999), combined living room and kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped and has an induction hob, convection oven, dishwasher and spacious fridge and freezer. Dining area with space for eight diners. The living room has a fireplace, sofa TV and high-power Bluetooth speaker.
Downstairs there are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and the other two single beds. Downstairs there is also a sauna (wood-burning stove), a washroom with a shower and toilet, a dressing room with access to the terrace and a separate toilet. Upstairs is the loft with sleeping area for three persons.

Located 35 km west of Kuopio, Lake Saittajärvi is only 30 meters away. The villa’s frontage features a shallow, sandy beach, while the lakeside sauna area offers a deeper, muddy-bottomed shoreline.
The villa, built in 2014, is made of logs and includes a spacious living room with a wood-burning fireplace. The kitchen features a dining area for eight people. There are two bedrooms, each with two beds. Additionally, a separate room (with electric heating) connected to the carport offers two beds, and the lakeside sauna has a pull-out sofa bed that converts into a 160 x 200 cm double bed.
The villa also includes a separate WC, a steam sauna, a bathroom with a shower, and a utility room with direct access to the glass-enclosed terrace.
The lakeside sauna is equipped with a wood-burning stove. Cold water is supplied to the sauna via a faucet, and water is heated in a wood-fired cauldron.
