Spacious holiday home by Lake Jämijärvi, near Hämeenkangas hiking trails and Outdoor Activity Center Jämi.
The holiday home is located 12 km from Jämijärvi municipality center and approx. 6 km from the Outdoor Activity Center Jämi. The holiday home offers a total of 12 sleeping places. Additionally, there is an outbuilding with a rentable event space that can accommodate up to 50 people during the summer. In winter, a smaller heated section of the event space is available for rent for smaller gatherings. The use of the event space must be agreed upon separately with the owner, and the rental fee is paid directly to them.
The main building is situated 45 meters from the shore of Lake Jämijärvi, with a gently sloping sandy beach. There is also a beach volleyball court near the water. The main building is a wooden structure built in 1952. The entrance floor features a spacious kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a double bed, and a WC. The upstairs hall includes a sofa bed that can be used as a 120x190 cm bed for one person. One upstairs bedroom contains three single beds, a 120x190 cm sofa bed, and another sofa bed that extends to a 160x200 cm bed. The second upstairs bedroom has three single beds.
The basement has an electric sauna, a washroom with a shower and WC, a small dressing area, and a separate living area with a sofa and a refrigerator. The living area provides access to the lakeside yard of the house. The yard also includes a sandbox, swings, and a badminton court.
By the shore, there is a separate wood-heated lakeside sauna. In the summer, cold water is available from a tap, and it is drinkable. Water can be heated in a stove-attached water tank when needed. In winter, water must be carried from the lake or the main building. The lakeside sauna includes a living room with electricity, a fireplace, a refrigerator, and an electric stove. The room also has two double beds and a sofa bed that can be used as alternative sleeping places during summer, though they are not included in the official bed count. The lakeside sauna is not heated in winter, but the owner can preheat it upon request.
If you wish to have the lakeside sauna preheated, please request this when arranging key collection. However, please note that even with heating, the living room may not reach standard room temperatures during winter.
There is a lean-to shelter by the lake with a campfire site in front of it. 2 sup-boards available.
The holiday home rental includes a fishing permit, allowing the use of additional lures. However, the fisheries management fee must still be paid by the angler. Jutila

Kilpolan Pauliina is a 66 m² apartment situated in the large log villa Kilpola, which consists of three apartments in the Jämi Mielahden holiday village.
You can rent Pauliina separately or, if you wish, rent the entire villa - including all three apartments - for Christmas, New Year’s, or Midsummer.
The other apartments are Kilpolan Orvokki (property number 17354) and Kilpolan Karoliina (17356).
Located 68 km of Tampere, Pauliina is the end apartment of the log-built villa constructed in 2004.
This cozy apartment accommodates up to 5 people across two levels. The ground floor features a living room/kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with a WC, and a sauna. The loft includes additional living space and sleeping arrangements for three.
Pets are not allowed to this apartment (pets are allowed in the Kilpolan Karoliina apartment located in the same property).

A stylishly decorated cabin on a spacious plot. From the cabin’s terrace and the wood-heated hot tub, you can enjoy beautiful lake views. There is a separate lakeside sauna and a grill hut by the shore. The property includes a private pier and a rowing boat. A canoe and a SUP board are also available for guests.
The wooden cabin, built in 1996, was elegantly renovated in 2022. It features a well-equipped living room/kitchen, a spacious dining room, and a living area with a sofa set and a heat-storing fireplace. The living area also has an air-source heat pump for cooling and heating.
On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two beds, a TV room with glass doors, and a sofa bed that can be converted into an extra bed measuring 140 x 190 cm for two people. The upper floor has a sleeping area with two beds. Additionally, there are three foldable floor mattresses upstairs which can be used as alternative sleeping options for children.
The cabin has a sauna with a wood-burning stove. The steam room also includes a shower. There is a separate toilet. A washing machine and a high chair are available in the cabin. The terrace features a wood-heated hot tub, which guests fill and heat themselves. Instructions for the hot tub are provided by the owner. The spacious terrace offers a great view of the shore and the lake.
The beach is deep (4 m) from the water's edge, and is therefore not suitable for non-swimmers or small children.
A separate lakeside sauna, built in 2023, is equipped with a wood-burning stove. In the summer, cold water is available via a tap. The lakeside sauna can also be used in the winter, but water must be carried from the lake or the cabin. The lakeside sauna has a separate dressing room with a sofa and a refrigerator. 60 m2 cabin, built in 1975. Living room/kitchen (fridge with small, integrated freezer box in the kitchen, no ordinary freezer), living room with spreadable sofa bed, bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with two separate beds, air source heat pump with cooling function, fireplace.
There is also a wood heated sauna with washroom and toilet located in the same building.
Large terrace (built in 2020) in front of the cabin. Nice views over the lake. Stable stairs (built also in 2020) leading to the beach.
There is also a summer kitchen with gas grill, electric stove and wood stove located in the yard area.
