The Katinkulma 1 apartment has a total of 75 m² of space including a loft. The Vuokatinranta Suite apartment is 113 m², on two floors. Downstairs, a bright and spacious living room kitchen with a cozy fireplace, a dining table for 6-8 people (extra chairs). Two bedrooms, both with beds for 2. From the living room, easy and sturdy stairs lead up to the loft, where there are separate beds for 4. A sofa bed that can be spread out as an extra bed in the loft for 1-2 guests. Access from the loft to a glazed balcony with wooden outdoor furniture. Relaxation and a cottage holiday are crowned by an atmospheric sauna with a Harvia stone tower electric stove, two showers in the washroom, and a toilet in the washroom. Outdoor and sports terrains open out the front door or are a short walk away. From the windows you can admire, among other things, the ski slopes. Cozy and atmospheric log villa, built in 1999. Location on own quiet lakeside plot in Vuokatti, on the shore of Lake Nuasjärvi (distance to the lake from the cottage 30 m, length of the lake 30 km, width 5 km). The beach is deep, rocky shore, hard gravel/sand bottom. Own shoreline approx. 300 meters, large pier and rowing boat.
The cottage is 106 m², on two floors. In the spacious and bright living room, a dining set for 6-8, and a spacious plush sofa. In the living areas, a massive and atmospheric fireplace, hearth, and oven combination.
Downstairs, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (width 160 cm, can be made into separate beds if necessary) and the other with two separate beds (width 90 cm). In the low loft, two frame beds (80 cm) and mattresses. The bathroom has a shower, an electrically heated indoor sauna and a toilet.
There is a separate, traditional beach sauna (12 m²) on the beach, with wood-heated stove and electric light. The beach sauna is available all year round, note. from the beginning of October to the end of April, water for the beach sauna from the tap or bathroom. The sauna and cottage have their own terrace areas.
Grill shed/cottage kitchen and gas grill.

A cozy and atmospheric holiday home in a beautiful location, in the peace of nature right on the shore of Lake Nuasjärvi in Vuokatti. The holiday home has stunning views of the Nuasjärvi ridge. Lake Nuasjärvi is 30 km long and 5 km wide.
The holiday home (80 m²) has an open kitchen (renovated in 2025), a dining area for 8, a living room (spacious, high space). The living room has a cozy fireplace (+firewood) and a large corner sofa for 5-6 people.
Two bedrooms with double beds (can be made into separate beds if necessary). In addition, two small sleeping lofts with mattresses for a total of 4 (access to the loft is via a so-called sloping ladder, the ladder was updated in -24). Separate toilet, shower and spacious sauna (5-6 people, electric heater).
A terrace surrounds the house. The beach is 15 meters away. On the beach in summer, patio, lounge chairs, a stone wall/smoking area on the rock, dining table and benches. The apartment is on a rocky plot with 80 meters of its own shoreline. Swimming is possible from the rock or using a ladder. Access to the beach may be difficult for people with reduced mobility. You can get around the steep climb along the path and rock.
Other equipment: dishes, cooking utensils, induction cooker, dishwasher, clothes dryer, washing machine, Weber gas grill, stone wall, smoking box, storage fireplace + firewood, TV. An old rowing boat is available.

This 56 m² single-storey apartment offers the ideal setting for an active holiday or unhurried relaxation.
A cozy and atmospheric living room-kitchen serves as the heart of the apartment, with a dining area for 4-5 people. A separate bedroom with 3 x 80 cm beds.
The sofa bed in the living room can be used as an extra bed for 1-2 guests if necessary (the bed is 140x200 cm when spread out). The folding beds can also be used as an alternative bed, e.g. for a child.

Separate holiday villa, completed in 2022, in a quiet location by the lake Nuasjärvi (100 m), near the Vuokatti tourist center, 6 km from Vuokatti.
The total area of the villa is 70 m², on one floor. Spacious and bright living room/kitchen, dining set for 6-7 people. Two bedrooms with sliding doors, with double beds and wardrobes. Access from the living room to a spacious covered terrace with furniture and gas grill in the summer. In the living room there are one sofa bed (120 cm) and a folding extra bed (80 x 200 cm). A separate WC, shower and sauna with a twinkling starlight and a Harvia-brand pilar-style electric sauna stove provide atmospheric baths. Fireplace in the living room, kitchen equipment: airfryer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc.
The separate sauna building is free to use during the summer from June 1 to 31.8. There are some buildings in the yard area, which are not available for the tenants. Doghouse and running cable for pets (not for winter use).
Wall outlet for preheating the car, extension cord available. You can also charge an electric car (there is no official charging point).
