20 km northwest of Kajaani, lake Oulujärvi 30 m (length 70 km, width 20 km), shallow water (for a long way), sandy bottom, pier, rowing boat. There's a slight slope on the way to the waterfront. The customer's own boat landing possible, public boat launching place 3.5 km away.
Wooden cottage, built in 2006. On the ground floor living room-kitchen, living area with sofa bed, sauna (electric soapstone stove), bathroom / WC (shower stall), covered porch. Upstairs a room with 2 single beds and a sofa bed for 2, terrace. Entry to the upstairs via porch stairs. Entry to the sauna and shower through porch.

A separate log cabin built in 1988 is located on the shore of Lake Nuasjärvi in Sotkamo, which offers a comfortable and atmospheric holiday in an environment full of nature and peace. Own beach and also has its own rowing boat, which you can use to explore the lake and its surroundings.
The area of the cottage is about 39 m² and it also has a loft with an area of 12 m². The cottage includes a kitchen with a spreadable laver for 1-2 guests, a bedroom with a double bed, and a loft with two single beds. Sauna (electric heater), shower and toilet are also available. The shower and sauna are in original condition. The cottage also has a terrace where you can enjoy the outdoors and garden furniture where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
There is a gas grill in the grill canopy, which you can use to prepare delicious meals and enjoy them outside. 4G network works in the area.

The cottage is located in a beautiful location on the shore of Lake Nuasjärvi in Sotkamo, which gives you the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful scenery and the proximity of the water.
This cottage, completed in 1950 and completely renovated in 2004, has an area of about 50 m² and comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. In the living room kitchen there is a sofa bed that can accommodate 1-2 people. The alcove has separate beds for two people, and the loft has separate beds for two people and mattresses for e.g. a child. The loft also has a child gate to ensure safety.
The cabin also has a sauna with an electric stove, a washroom and a toilet. The cottage's terrace and yard have beautiful views of Lake Nuasjärvi, and garden furniture and a gas grill are available in the yard.
In addition, a separate beach sauna, the use of which is included in the cottage rent, starting from week 8.
A 4G network works in the area, so communication and e.g. remote work are easy.

This three-floor log house located by the Vuokatti hill in village Ohravaara was completed in 1993. Floor area 60 m² and upstairs floor area 50 m². In entrannce floor there is combined living room & kitchen, two bedrooms, the other with separate beds for two, the other with separate beds for three. Entrance to the two beds' room is through other bedroom. In this floor there is also a toilet and big terrace with beautiful views. In upstairs there are two bedrooms, the other with separate beds for two, the other with separate beds for three. Small kitchen, toilet and terrace. Downstairs there is sauna (heated with wood) and washroom + toilet.
NOTE: Not rented for groups consisting only of under 25 years old customers.
