The Vuokatinranta Suite holiday apartment is 92 m², on two floors. Downstairs, a bright and spacious living room kitchen with a cozy fireplace, a dining table for 6-8 people (extra chairs). Bedroom with beds for 2. From the living room, easy and sturdy stairs lead up to the loft, where there are separate beds for 4. A sofa bed that can be spread out as an extra bed in the loft for 1-2 guests. Access from the loft to a glazed balcony with wooden outdoor furniture. Relaxation and a cottage holiday are crowned by an atmospheric sauna with a Harvia -electric stove, two showers in the washroom. Access to a separate toilet space from the hall. A drying cabinet in the air cupboard.
Additional equipment: Beater, iron, ironing board and hair dryer. Ski storage room next to the reception building shared with other vacationers, keys from the reception building (during opening hours).
Children's equipment: travel cot, high chair, potty, high stool, bathtub, baby gates at the top and bottom of the stairs. In addition, there is a children's playground (swings and sandpit), a foul area and a soccer field in the yard.
Shared beach in Jäätiönlahti (distance 250 m), where a rowing boat is shared with other vacationers.
In the reception building / course center, it is possible to reserve a separate barbecue hut (30 e/ firewood fee). There is also a restaurant in the same building, dining is possible for an additional fee within the restaurant's opening hours. There is also a kiosk and a bookstore in the reception building. Well-equipped, high-class holiday villa (built in 2022) in a peaceful location by the lake Sapsojärvi in Sotkamo.
The area of the villa is 136 m², with spacious and bright kitchen with lake view, dining area and living room, dining table for 6-8. High space living room with large windows, fireplace. Access to covered terrace from the living room. Three bedrooms, one with double bed, second with two separate beds, third with spreadable double bed and bunk bed (so-called family room, beds for four).
Access from the living room to the utility/dressing room (washing machine and tumble dryer), 2 x shower, sauna with electric sauna stove and large window facing the lake. Two separate toilets. There is also access to the terrace from the washing facilities. In terrace furnitures and gas grill. The drying cabinet is located behind the sliding door in the lobby.

Please note, the property in front of the cottage is uninhabited, however, it is possible that the owners use it for a few days during the summer. The beach is shared with a neighbor. A stone-paved path leads to the beach, the yard is bordered by large posts, the beach is sandy.
