More information by the provider: This wonderful holiday home is a spacious former fishermans cottage set in the picturesque town of Hälleviksstrand. With plenty of space, it is suitable for two families. Pretty garden and veranda for relaxation and recreation and the nearest bathing spot is a short walk from the house.

The two-storey house has been completely renovated ( except for the bathroom and the WC) and is tastefully decorated. There is also a lovely glazed veranda.

The charming country kitchen features a small dining area, combined oven/microwave and last but not least an old fashioned woodburning stove, which can be used for baking. The spacious living room contains comfortable sofas and a lovely open fireplace and is perfect for spending cosy evenings together. The livingroom is adjacent to a large diningroom with space for ten people.

The bedrrom features two single beds and a TV. The bottom floor also features a WC, a wash basin and a practical walk-in-closet. The upper floor has sloped ceilings and features a charming bedroom with a double bed and a small woodburning stove. The second bedoom has two bunk beds and opens into two additional, small bedrooms with a single bed in each. There is a small family room which opens onto a balcony which offers a lovely view of the pretty garden and a glimpse of the sea. There is also a barthrom with a shower on the upper floor.

The closest bath area is only 150 metres away. There is a lovely, child-friendly beach with a bathing dock and a trampoline, 300 metres from the house.Walking distance to the harbour, Hamnplan, where you can shop for groceries or eat at Kiosken. At Hamnplan there is a charming pub which offers live music , dining and home brewed beer. From here, it is just a short walk to Mias Sjöbod, a lovely café. Take advantage of the opportunities to go lobster fishing or go on a seal safari, both of these activities are offered by & 8220;Anders Båt och Brygga& 8221;. There are more services in the nearby town of Ellös. Or take a daytrip to Gothenburg, 80 kilometres away!
