Inserted in the magnificent area of Cala Girgolu, located in the municipality San Teodoro, the villa is just 300 meters away from the homonymous beach of Cala Girgolu and has a surface area of 158 square meters, surrounded by a garden of 950 square meters. The villa is set on ground level and comprises living / dining room with sea view and a covered veranda, kitchen with access also from the rear, three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower, hallway. The villa can accomodate up to 6 people. The living room and one of the bedrooms have air conditioning.
On the back there is a small outbuilding with boiler room used as laundry and veranda.
The garden is about 950 meters and include two parking areas where can be stored up to four cars. The outdoor area is completed by a comfortable barbecue area.
