In addition to regular sea fish, you can catch halibut. From the house you have a great view of the fjord and the mountains around it. There are several lakes nearby and rivers with salmon, trout and char. Remember to buy a fishing license. A grocery shop is situated 50 meters from the house, and an eatery is found 200 meters away. 4 km to the fishing village Gryllefjord, connected to Andenes by ferry.
