The apartment (approx. 40 m2) is slightly above the ground floor of a very attractive apartment house with indoor swimming pool with a fitness center, wellness area with sauna, solarium, steam bath and spa shower. The house is very quiet situated, about 10 minutes walking distance to the centre and opposite of the cable car station to Mount Brunni. The apartment has anentrance area, a large living room with sleeping area, sofa, TV, Internet, DVD/CD-player, free Wifi. There is a dining corner and a kitchen with coffee maker and kettle. Shower/WC. Balcony. Outdoor parking. Ski room. Washing machine and dryer in the apartment building. No pets allowed. NON-SMOKING APARTMENT. Not suitable for small children.
