We welcome you to this beautiful holiday home named “Universitetet” (the
university) where you will have approximately 20m to the lake and a
docked boat.


This holiday home used to be a school, which has now been renovated to a
modern holiday home. The high ceiling on the ground floor together with
the large kitchen area adds to the spacious feeling, there are plenty of
room for the whole family.


You can sit and eat some lovely meals on the large patio or just relax
in the sun and enjoy your holiday with the amazing scenic view. The
living room is furnished to your comfort and you can even admire the
lovely view from this room.


The area is located inside the forest and close to a fine bathing spot
and there is a diving town out in the lake which you can use after your
desire.

You can purchase fishing license for 250 SEK/person, then you can use
your private boat to fish all you want.

A good excursion trip is to visit Karlskrona and the nearby islands
Sturkö and Tjurkö.

The deposit is 1 500 SEK and pays at arrival.


The garbage will be sorted.

The TV does not show any Swedish channels.


This holiday home is not available for youngsters/ groups to rent look
at paragraph 3.3 in the rental terms.
