With approx. 270 m to the North Sea you can basically both hear and "taste" the North Sea. From the house you will be able to see sunsets over the dunes - or take the dog for a walk to the beach. The house, which has been in the same family ownership since it was built in 1990, will be renovated in the coming years with great deference to the buildings original architectural style.
