Holiday cottage suited for
the guests appreciating a little luxury and a top-class view. The house has
underfloor heating making it energy-friendly.


The house has a large
kitchen/scullery with a view over the North Sea from the dining area. There is
furthermore direct access to the terrace - ideal for lazy days in the sun or
the warm summer nights. No letting to youth groups.


There is a small TV-room
and two bright bedrooms with double beds. Both bedrooms have a view over the
ocean. There is furthermore a bathroom with a shower cubicle, washing machine
and a dryer. The house
has a TV and a net-radio with a large number of radio channels.


The 1st floor has soft
sofas in front of the large windows - perfect for relaxing after a long day at
the beach or just for enjoying the spectacular view over the ocean and the
dunes. Perhaps at sunset? Here you will find the third bedroom with a double
bed - this room also has a view over the beach and the ocean.


No matter the season the
North Sea is always worth a visit. Some days the water is blue and shiny, other
days it is grey and has a lot of white tops from the wind and current. But in
spite the weather the light is always clear and unique for the area. Imagine
living in the front row of the ocean with a spectacular view of the ocean from
all rooms in the house.


The good materials are also
found in the basement which is decorated like a grotto providing a fantastic
mood and atmosphere. You have to walk across a staircase that looks like it is
floating above the swimming pool which naturally has a counter-current system
and even a waterfall as well as massaging bubbles at the bottom of the pool. The
basement also has a sauna and a whirlpool.
