Situated on the ground floor in the central part of the court yard of the resort, has got typical tuscan furnishings, private access, one large living/dining room with satellite tv and double sofa-bed and 1 extra single bed (bookable at an extra price), with full equipped kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, fridge), three bedrooms (two with a double bed and one with two twin beds), two of them with exit on the terrace, 1 bathrooms with bidet, shower and wc, 1 bathroom with bidet, wc, shower and bath tub. Outdoor reserved table and chairs, gazebo on the back terrace. Independent heating.

washer and dryer were a nice feature although we never figured out how to reduce the cycle times from
