Car port and storeroom. Personalised, comfortable and high standard chalet designed by architect; chalet stands on an extended shore next to River Iijoki. Gentle slope to shore, steps on the way, shore has jetty. Living room has large windows facing the river. Rainbow trout regularly stocked in waterway. Excellent fishing opportunities in river, in winter 'pilkki' ice hole fishing, in summer spoon trolling. River area has a continuous 20 km boating area. Illuminated ski trail 10 km away. River generally has snowmobile tracks along it in winter, making skiing easier. Official snowmobile trail approx. 2 km away. Opportunities to catch small game with owner. Outboard motor, snowmobile and 2 mountain bikes for hire. 3 km away are Yliranta riding stables, where horse riding opportunities. River Iijoki estuary 15 km and the Ii old harbour 10 km. City of Oulu services and sights, e.g. Kylpylä Eden Spa, 50 km away. Ii town centre services 10 km away, Haukipudas town services, e.g. Vesi-jatuli swimming hall, 30 km away. The Ii to Yli-Ii main road passes approx. 150 m away.
