CASA "IL CIPRESSO" is situated in a beautiful and tranquil valley in the Casentino region, at 560m
above sea level.
This is a place of great peace, surrounded by fields and forests, and with a view of the
mountain La Verna, upon whose summit lies the famous monastery of St. Francis.
Immediately next to the house is a terrace for al fresco dining, and a private lake in which
to swim. In the surrounding area you will find many green fields and forests. This area
offers the ideal opportunity to relax, go for a walk or simply enjoy nature. The owner lives in the property nearby. One of the two bathrooms is outside.

Our house is always cool during the hot days and easy to heat in wintertime.
Satellite tv and wifi unlimited available.

We speak english, german and italian.

This villa has a kitchen, a livingroom, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances: dishwasher, fridge, stove and oven, coffee- and espresso-machines, electric kettle, and lots of dishes, pots and pans.
The livingroom is bright and spacious (30m²) with an open fireplace, tv, dvd-player and stereo, comfortable wicker chairs, lots of cushions and futons and a door opening to the garden.
There is one double bedroom and another room with two single beds and a bunk bed.
All beds can be combined as well as double as single beds.
The bathroom is with shower, bidet, toilet, sink and hairdryer and lots of shelves and towel rails.
There is another bathroom with tub and washing-machine outside, in the house nearby.
